Episode 78 was perfection personified. It was just awesome not bcoz of some romantic situations but due to d fact that cv's actually know what is love. They clearly depicted that dev has not only professed his love but has accepted Sona as his integral part, the same he wants from Sona. He wants to know her inside out. He wants no inhibitions from her side when it comes to her. He is more concerned about her fears, inhibitions and above all her aspirations. Dev is dreaming of a life filled with both their dreams n to fulfill those dreams together. He wants to fight his inner demons with her. It was a beautiful poetic moments when he asked Sona to help him in knowing her better, as he very well knows without a past there is no today, no future. If u have a bitter past try to eradicate n if a beautiful one than share it's beauty with u r closest one.
As for speculations regarding Ishwari n Neha, I don't think the mother is biased. She never allowed dev to marry Natasha. It was his decision which she supported knowing the business deal to be cracked. For me the major fallout for her non acceptance would be probably a loss in business or some sort, as gujral has warned dev about his broken daughter so there are enough people around her to feed her all the non sense. She would held Sona responsible for all loss n mishaps. She agreed for Neha n ranveer relationship bcoz she felt Neha truly loves ranveer but she is still unaware of all the terms n conditions her daughter has put in for Dev.
What I want to see as an audience is how Dev n Sona would handle these situations. Dev can never be happy if any of his family member suffers. It would be interesting to witness how dev would seek sona's support for all his matters.
All said n done Ishwari is a very peculiar character with loads of shades. At one moment she is sweet, naive n caring and the very next moment she is bitter, taunting n full of attitude. It has to be Sona's sincere n pure efforts to make her realise that a man can have two woman besides him i.e his mother n his better half as his pillar of support. Insecurities can run away if situations are handled maturely.
It was evident from the episode if dev is incomplete without his mother so is he without Sonakshi. How story unfolds must be a treat to watch.
