Mallika denied 'Play Boy' Offer

Mallika Sheraw-at has been nominated as one of the "99 Most Desirable Women of 2008", during an online poll.

The sultry siren is presently in the 78th position with a desirability score of 76.3, reader score of 77.6 and the website's score of 75.0.

Ivanka Trump tops the list at number 99. Ivanka incidentally is not only a model but the vice-president of real estate development with the Trump Organization.

Just recently, Shah Rukh Khan and Bipasha Basu were voted as the sexiest Asian male and female respectively and now Mallika has the opportunity to make a mark at the global level.

It was also rumored that she was the first Indian woman to have been offered a spread in Playboy. However, it is reported that she denied the offer based on morals and upbringing.

The voting process for this year's edition of the "Most Desirable Women" list began in 2006, when a list of approximately 200 candidates were assembled. Readers were then invited to vote for their favourite nominees.

More than 8.5 million votes were cast over a six week period in which our desi sex symbol made it to the top 99 list.
