Park Yoochun has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman who works in an adult entertainment establishment. 😲 I just read this news and to say that I'm shocked would be an understatement.

Her boyfriend pressed charges a week after the incident supposedly took place inside the bathroom of the club. She has submitted her clothes as evidence.

Yoochun's agency has denied the claims, saying it is an attempt of blackmailing and said they will fully cooperate with the investigation.

God I hope this isn't true but if it does turn out to be true, I'd be so disappointed. TVXQ/JYJ was my first k-pop group, so I have a fondness for all these guys...and I liked him as an idol/actor.

Seeing that the woman submitted her underwear as evidence, something must have happened. Consensual sex might have taken place even if it wasn't rape. Even if that's the case, his reputation and career is over judging from the way things work in K-ent...and on top of that he is in the middle of his military service...so that won't be taken lightly.

And if it is indeed true, hope this woman gets full justice.

Oohhh...I didn't know this before. Thanks. If the charges haven't been dropped, I hope this matter is thoroughly investigated and the truth comes out.

This is confusing. So the news about the girl's bf withdrawing the charges were false...but later the girl dropped it...and the police confirmed it. But they will continue with the investigation anyway because it was reported as an assault case.

That response from C -JeS is pathetic. He needs punishment if found guilty...retirement is not the issue now. Things have gotten very, very messy after the second case.
