Well HW seems to work just fine with certification, not censorship. There is G, PG, PG 13 and they slice it down so thin under because there are various things acceptable for different age ranges especially for children under 13.

The problem with censorship is who decides what is right ? I mean in UP, they tried to cut language. Tell me which drug dealer will not swear. It just does not fit reality. But funny thing is if they are so sanskari they will first attempt it with kissing films or item songs or songs with suggestive lyrics. But NO ! They will not touch sexual innuendos because they have to cut practically every movie and the whole industry will erupt ! But language corrupts children. Give me f**king break !! 🤔
