Definitely the pre-cap is misleading, coz Kailash true face being shown to Vividha sooo soon is just not possible.
I also think that she came to ask permission to go to sujata's house and Kailash will give it too out of shock.
I just hope that sujata doesn't allow her to see Atharv and tells her not to come there anymore coz Kailash doesn't like it and especially not after losing her home to Kailash
