I read the story on Wikipedia. Baap re!Kya story hai.And the climax is worst than Aashiqui 2 and Ram leela.

Both Priyamani and Karthi did extremely well. Her NA was fully deserved. Tamil n Malayalam film industries routinely churn out gems that will any day give run for hyped Bollywood movies. Whenever I see fan wars of which actor or actress in BW should get NA, I roll my eyes.

Why do many only find Great acting --- Great story ---- Great everything with tragic - sad and more like artsy movies ---- *😕*

OMG just read the story..the end is so brutal and heartbreaking at the same time.I don't want to watch it too disturbing😒

ThugLeader, not sure if you watched Pithamagan, that's an excellent movie too. Suriya (Karthi's older brother) and Vikram just killed it. Another actress, Sangeetha, who usually plays glam roles (back in the day) had a wonderful role that she played to the t.

That is a brilliant movie . Priyamani's performance was superb ,one of the best performance of an indian actress till date and as deserved she got NA that year. But that movie was so disturbing even the thought of last 30 m was so disturbing
Priya decided to choose glamorous role only after Paruthiveeran and that was the reason of her mediocre film career .Her another performance oriented movie was Thirakkatha , she was amazing in Thirakkatha as well .

Priyamani wad good but don't like this movie.
