"Yun toh kuch khaas nahi thi zindagi hamari,
Bas kaamyabi chahti thi zindagi hamari,
Socha ke akele kaat lenge isse
Pyar ki nahi thi zaroorat hamari,
Paakar tumhe socha, ek dost paaya hai...
Par iss dosti ne hume jeena sikhaya hai..
Har shaam hota tha bas kaam saath saath..
Tum mein humne ek raazdar paaya hai..
Jis dosti pe itaryein the hum...
Kyun uske aansun se sataye gye hum..
Kahte the sabhi ke dil bhi hota khass..
Lekin sirf tumne bataya ki hai ek mere bhi pass..
Kuch bayan karta nahi, ye shikayat thi sabki...
Ab tumse kuch chhupata nahi, ye aadat hui meri!!
Ek ehsaas jo jaga hai.. kuch andaaz hi naya hai..
Par sukoon iss ka hai.. mere yaar ko pata hai!!
