The show that cries wolf

I'm a little tired of this show that cries wolf!!

An ONS, and ONS (twice) - nah - fooled ya.

Pooja abhshagun (accident, death???) - nah - fooled ya.

Baba knows the truth (thrice?, heart attack?) - nah- fooled ya.

Prachi leaves home (to a friend called Tripti? twice) - nah - fooled ya.

Ayesha commits suicide (we should be so lucky!) - nah - fooled ya.

Milind to rape Prachi - nah- fooled ya.

I am a little tired of this, and would like to leave...In fact today what would be shocking to me is if an ONS actually happens. I am sure it wont, and they'll see us off for a heart-wrenching weekend with one more threat that will never really take place.

😆 cute post dear. I dont mind being fooled a lot many more times... as long as they keep the integrity of Michi's Paradise and butcher characters beyond repair.

Anyway gawker, thanks for the funny post dear and preceptive as usual. 👏 👏👏About that ONS, add the one that was a non-starter yesterday.

Yes, I would rather have the show cry wolf rather than confront the wolf. The creatives do know how to push our buttons. They ensure that we expect the worst from them and then suddenly surprise us and do the about turn.(By the way they manage to get away with a lot of bloopers in the come back episodes because we are too relieved that our worst nightmares have not come true we are willing to forgive them for anything).

The thing is we never seem to catch on to their tricks and keep worrying our little heads off and later jump with delirious joy.

Gawker dear, I hunted this thread of yours. You see now they have shifted into reverse gears. From crying wolf now they are crying candy!

They are showing us the various ways the truth can come out and just when we are about to heave a sigh of relief, they fool us by not giving us what we want.

Alaap comes home from Turkey - We sigh and say now the truth will come out - But no, the guy gets countless clues and is still clueless.

Baby gets kidnapped and Suki rushes back from her looong honeymoon - We say finally she will spill the beans. But no, even the supposed death of the baby did not bring out the truth.

Milsi serves divorce notice, Suki hears it over the phone and rushes to defend her bhabhi - We now really feel that this would be it, the truth will finally be out. But no again, they get her to faint and now we know baby No.2 is on the way even before the solution to baby no.1 is found.

Suki promises to open her mouth finally and that too in a party thrown in her honour - by now we have also become used to the creatives sadism so did not put too much hope into that. As expected Prachi came in at the right time and stopped her.

Suki writes a letter to Saket which lands in Alaaps hand - We were confused as to whether he got the right letter. Right letter it was but the guy is a slow reader. Did'nt finish it and landed in Ayesha's hands.

By now we knew the fate of that letter. But the sadist characters still wanted us to hope by showing Ayesha disclosing the secret to Milsi - We had become wiser by now and did not buy that. Turned out we were right. It was only Ayesha's night mare and as expected evidence was reduced to ashes.

Suki rushes in and tells a sleeping Milsi the truth - Looks like the confession has been recorded - What will be the fate of it? Would Ayesha find it and destroy it? Will Milsi hear it? If yes, when - before or after the divorce? Will it land in someone else's hands and surface at the right time or would it be totally forgotten for the next three years?

Going by these guys' track record, the one thing that can be said with certainity is that one cant be certain about anything in this show.

So let us just cross our fingers and hope for the best. & nbsp;

Doesnt it show that they always manage to keep us hooked, esp with the raaz,

one after the other people we pinned hopes on people/situations...as you have pointed out opti.

and now we pin our hopes on the taperecorder.

I am sure on the way to the office, milind will by mistake play the tape. :)

@Sisa: It's One Night Stand, here it's generally meant the act 'sleeping' not with one's spouse, me thinks.

Tape recorder... I think Ryka said this too but seriously, do people still use tape recorder these days...

In Ekta's serials people use anything and everything except their brains!!
Yes this show is getting too irritating for anyone's liking and i think this whole show is about -'kayamath se pehle kayamath'...!! And we are still watching it...another Kayamath!! lol...
I still don't understand why this track is still dragging? Did any astrologer or numerologist ask Ekta to carry it on and end it on some auspicious date? Some 'shubh moharat' may be?? Probably that will fetch the serial better TRPs or something?? If thats the case then let me tell u ekta, this will bring the serial nothing but disaster and even more disaster! And Prachi, please STOP crying now for god sake! If you really want to cry, then pour your heart out in 1 episode[ i think there will be no commercial break that day] and after that, don't shed even half a millimeter of water from your eyes...Cant imagine how much they must have spent on glyserine in the last few months!!!!!!!
