Rey, he wasn't able to get Vicky's words out of his mind. They kept replaying in his ming, making him restless. He doesn't want Vicky's words to come true, not after what he had gone through in past. His heart was broken, when he got to know, the girl he love, was just with him for fame. He felt used, He trusted her. He had so many dreams of their future together, but all were shattered by her, the day he proposed her, she revealed to him, how she was with him, just for fame and popularity. His heart was broken, so was his trust. He couldn't bring himself to trust the feeling of love, again.

But his heart was betraying him, and the reason was her, Taani.

Taani, the girl, who entered his as his best friend's sister, evoke some foreign emotions in him. Her one smile stir something in his heart. And the protectiveness, he feels for her, wasn't there in him before, for anyone. The calmness and peace when she is near him. The need to keep her away from harm. The need to see her smile. Everything was different, with her. He never felt something so intense for anyone, he wouldn't deny that.

It wasn't love, then what it is? And why do he feels this way about her, the girl he rejected? Or is it his guilt of rejecting her? The guilt, which brought sense of responsibility and care toward her?

"God! This isn't making any sense to me." He let out a frustrated low growl. His own thoughts were making sense to him. They felt nothing, but mere excuses to him.

"I need to stay away from her, else she will drive me crazy." He told himself and satisfied with his decision, he lay down on the bed and slept. Tomorrow will be an important day for all, it will be start of dance camp, officially.

Taani was with Ashi, who was blabbering about something, but she couldn't understand a thing since her thoughts were wondering around him. Since morning he was ignoring her, which made her wonder, what happened to him suddenly? Till yesterday, he was normal with her then why sudden change in his behavior? Has she hurt him, again? A thought crossed her mind, forcing her to think about a moment in past few days, where she had hurt him but she couldn't think of one.

Having no idea about his sudden change, she maintained her distance from him, knowing she means nothing to him. As much as this thought hurt, she knew the reality, and she wasn't the old taani who used to live in her own bubble-world.

Taani was walking absentmindedly with ashi along her side. They were walking toward free-style stand, where free-style competition was going on and swayum was taking in it. Rest of the members of the dance team were walking behind ashi and taani, busy in themselves. Nil, who was fighting with vicky, ran to save his life and bumped into taani.

"Ah!" A painful shriek escaped her lips when someone stepped on her feet, causing her to lose her balance and hit the table which was place at the side, Ashi rushed to her and held her, Taani thanked her then looked up and found nil, who gave an apologetic look to her.

"Dude, can't you be careful? Or is it important to act childishly all the time?" Rey, who watched the painful expression of hers, couldn't stop himself from lashing out at nil. Rey stepped close to taani and look at her.

"Tum theek ho?" He asked her, concerned for her which she could feel, confusing her yet again. But nevertheless, she gave a small nod to him.

"Rey, why are you getting so hyper? It was just a mistake-" Simmi said to him, She was as confused as others were, seeing him getting so protective over taani.

"I am sorry, taani." Nil apologized to taani, who gave a small smile in return.

"Thats alright, Nilesh." Taani murmured, nil returned the smile and walked away from there, along with others where as Rey and Vicky stayed behind with taani and ashi.

"Are you alright, taani?" Ashi asked her, concerned and worried for her which made taani smile. Taani assured her, then walked away from there with her, since swayum's performance was about to start and she couldn't afford to miss to see his performance live.

Vicky turned to look at his best friend, whose gaze was fixed on taani. Vicky shook his head, wondering how to make his best friend believe, he has got a soft corner for taani.

"Taani is a sweet girl, isn't she?" Vicky asked him, breaking his trance. Rey's brows knitted in confusion, he look at him and raised his one eye brow at him, questioningly.

"I mean, i have never seen her raising her voice on anyone. Even now, it was nil's mistake, but she just smiled and forgive him, how sweet. She is such a sweetheart." Vicky praised taani, while observing rey's expressions, a sudden line of discomfort crossed his features.

"You are in relationship with neha, dude." Rey reminded him, keeping his own uneasiness aside, he glared at him.

"But that doesn't mean, i can't praise someone else." Vicky smirked, knowing he had got him where he wanted. Rey's disliking toward him, for praising taani, was visible to him. He let out a chuckle which earned him a glare from Rey.

"Chill, Dude! I am not interested in her, in that way, but can't say about others. She is kind of girl, any guy would love to have by his side. So, ,make a move before someone else take her away. Everyone have bad relationships, but that doesn't mean they stopped believing in love. Give yourself a chance, dude." Vicky said to him and walked away from there, leaving his best friend behind, in deep thoughts.
