IMO it's unfair for individuals in coorparate/Govt sector who are very much capable in carrying on thier duties be asked to step down due to age factor but same time the fact that younger generations need thier chance here equalises the equation.

In both profession mentioned above sustanence and capability of continuing work can be directly evaluated by end consumer i.e. public/viewers. If under performing goes down otherwise let the income keep coming babey. On the other hand individuals with health risks(due to age) holding key Govt positions or 50 years old hero dancing with teenies is something for public/viewers to think about.

Dharmendra- cos i got eyes and hormones 😳😆
Manoj Kumar- good-looking and wholesome- family entertainer
Sanjeev Kumar- cutestar with great depth and acting, simplicity and ease while performing
Amol Palekar - guy next door, simplicity and sincerity, great acting

Madhuri & Sridevi- amazing grace, style, dance and acting in last few decades

Not particuler actor,my fevrts is Raj kapoor,Big b,Anupam kher,Nasurdin sha,Mohanlal,Kamal hasan,mamooty,amol paleker etc.....they all impressed me with their acting..we dont feel they are acting...just behaving.

There are so many actors who have impressed me in several films who are not my favorites otherwise. So I can't name any and there is a huge list of films😛.

Sadly our films have too much generalization like hero, heroine, papa, mamma, friends and villain. If we had only characters then everyone would find a place in it. There are 50 year old female actors playing lead character in Hollywood whereas if the same film is remade here then the setting would be changed to suit a younger actor probably someone in 20s-max. 35.

It is even worst when it comes to TV serials where the leads these days are 15 year olds and their moms are played by 25 yr olds😕.

should there be more women politicians? No. Psychologicaly we have different gender perceptions and the decisive, assertive traits that are often valued in leaders are received very differently when observed in women than when seen in men.

I would like to see Priyanka Gandhi.😊 On a general note why aren't there any young , successfull and dynamic people in the Indian politics.? There doesn't seem to be dearth of such people in bussiness, on TV news channels etc but all I see is LPY or Bajpayee types who seem old, rigid in their views and have nothing new to offer.
