Although Dia Mirza warmly hugged Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa judges, Shiamak Davar and Urmila Matondkar, she completely ignored Jeetendra when she was on the show's sets to shoot for a special episode

The entire cast and crew of Dus Kahaniyaan were present on the sets of Sony's reality show, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. Dia Mirza, who is also part of the film's cast walked in and hugged the show's judges, Urmila Matondkar and Shiamak Davar but she completely ignored Jeetendra who also stood up to hug her. An upset Jeetendra left the studio in a hurry when the shooting of the episode got over.

An eye witness says, "Dia was one of the special guest on the show and she walked in and gave a warm hug to Shiamak and then turned round to hug Urmila. After that, Jeetendra graciously stood up to give her a hug but Dia simply ignored him and walked to her seat. Everybody on the sets was shocked."

Dia didn't even rectify her misbehaviour later during the break or even at the end of the show when everybody took to the dance floor. A visibly upset Jeetendra simply left the sets in a hurry.

The eyewitness adds, "We are all wondering that what made Dia behave like this especially when she is known for her friendly manner and is always well-behaved. We all hope that Jeetuji is not very upset."

Dia Mirza says, "Let me first make it very clear that I would never intentionally do anything like this to someone as senior and respected as Jeetuji. I entered the sets and went to hug Shiamak whom I am very close to and Urmila is also a very dear friend. I just did not see Jeetuji as he was standing behind them. When I realised what I had done, I immediately called Jeetuji and apologised to him. He was perfectly fine and he said that he is very fond of me. I didn't mean to hurt anybody."

How rude of her!!!

Its so silly. How could she have not seen Jeetuji?? Im sure she must have seen him. Dia cant be that silly. Poor Jeetuji.

I don't think it was intentional 😊 ,Dia herself clarified that she couldn't see Jeetuji stood up to hug her sinse he was standing behind her 😳 ,and Dia even called up Jeetuji to clear this misunderstanding 😃

I think the Media should now get some fruitful stuffs rather than wasting their time on these non-sensical tid-bits 😃

Dia on sets of JDJ2. If i m not mistaken Rohit-Dia had a tiff a few months back, lets hope they sort out d matter.

Don't take Midday articles seriously.....I don't think Dia or anyone wud do a thing like this....and i don't think that Jeetendra wud be so upset that a B grade actress like Dia has not hugged him......his daughter has made 100s of girls more popular than Dia.......so jeetu wud not even give a damn to her......its all publicity stunts of Sony ...they stoop really low for publicity
