Dev's love and Sona's love aren't different?

These are the English meanings of one of my fav Tagore song- Majhe majhe tobo dekha pai
And i love them...If we see Dev, the song fits in perfectly😳
He just cannot see Sona's love...he couldn't even guess a hint...

Practically, he likes Sona only because she has improved her mother's health who is her world.

But in case of Sona, its different. She loved him for himself. For the various shades she has seen in him.
But Dev hasn't come across her shades yet. He knows too little of her while she is known to his every bit. His love for her is because she had been his friend, his mother's caretaker and his sister's guide not because she was Sonakshi. She is still unknown to him.

For him, its still Ms. Bose but for her, its already Dev.
