Guys I am making a quick analysis as no time for detailed one. I hope Gayatri, Priti, Mano, moon can fill in the blanks
Today what I saw was the brilliant screen play of Aug-14-1947 midnight. On one side the common people rejoicing that the tricolor is going to get hosted in the red fort with the guiding principle of justice, equality, liberty and fraternity.
People enjoying the wedding of freedom and principles.
On other hand the game of thrones happen. We have to see Radhika as the throne. And Yash and Asad one way or the other wants to get her. Radhika is in line with Asad, but Yash not happy. He still wants the throne.
Why did the partition happen. It was because of 2 people wanting to be the Prime Minister of India. Anyone who has read Indian history knows this. For the throne innocent people paid the price.
And then we have Abhay. Who is concerned with protection of the country. Just protection of the country with no ulterior motive.
And we need to know if freedom survives with guiding principles yes all the 3 are responsible, but then people like Abhay is more responsible. Who goes about doing their duty without any hunger for power. Because other 2 though constructive, can be destructive also.
But the real constructive sacrifice happens through men like Abhay. And if freedom is to survive with guiding principle the one with authority who is misusing things has to be exposed.
Here Yash is expected to mature than Asad. But then he is playing power games. Credit has to go for Asad too.
That's the only way freedom and principle can survive or as a society we can survive. Let us be thankful not only to military, police but also to common people who shed their blood for the life we are living today.

Absolutely accurate Shruthi.

I want to again highlight a few pointers
1. Before we are doctors, engineers, teachers, lawyers etc, we are human. Fortunately or unfortunately, the same holds good for policemen, army men etc.
2. As kids, we believe that our dad's are the hero's that will protect us from any harm. However, as we grow up and understand our society and its structure, we start believing or trying to believe that this work of hero's will be done by our police departments and our army. As responsible as they are, Like we eventually realize that our dad's are also normal humans, people in these protective forces are also regular people who make the same human mistakes.
3. Policemen, army men, doctors etc are all different because of the training they receive. They are taught to be more practical, unbiased, lawful etc. But they are not taught to be over desires, wants and needs. They may have a better control over these things, but they are still present.
4. The difference between a lot of our jobs is the "time" element. Quiet literally. Time is of such essence when your performing jobs of a doctor, army personnel, policeman, sportsman etc. It could literally be a matter of milliseconds between success and failure. What you do in those milliseconds matters.

There may be lots of other points. But the essence of it is that while we think of people in these professions as super natural in some sense, they aren't. They are also human with the same wants and needs of regular people. The positive aspect to it is that anyone can make a difference to the society, like Asad will do. You don't have to be in the army or in the police department only to make a big difference. The negative side to it is that even people in these high posts are humans, and make mistakes that could cost innocent people their lives.

Shruthi your imagery every time has me floored. You draw from life, epics history and contemporary shows. Amazing.

Games people play
We have a few who play unfair dirty games. We have seen HRH do it before now its the turn of the brother. The sister called Freedom cheap now the brother thinks Asad can be in Abhay's camp not his as he is a commoner.
Simmi played games and even schemed with HRH till Freedom's generosity wowed her.
Naveen Ahuja tried to settle scores with Sasuma playing games he was overpowered by the compassion of Adarsh. Sasuma pitted Freedom against Ahuja, Ahuja against Rama krishnan , Adarsh against Freedom till the simplicity and honesty of Guruji and Freedom became a revelation.
Manohar wants to play king maker and he and Sasuma cook up documents to have their way and Lakshmi fill their coffers.
Jaya has to use the ruse of a divorce to make up for the mistake of bringing in HRH alliance.
At every stage we see a move and a counter move strengthening the family's ties and altering the values and beliefs governing their actions.

SATHYAMEVA JAYATHE

When faced with discoveries Sasuma tries to manipulate people and situations to her advantage. Whether it is getting Adarsh to say yes to HRH or make Ahuja go on his knees to the Bundelas or Ramakrishnan to Ahuja. She and Monohar have been thriving on ill gotten money to some extent and they need to suffer a loss for a transformation from the position they are consolidating. Adarsh is frank that he will earn only for the position he is appointed and Freedom will fight free though Ahuja is prepared to lay his riches at her disposal.
He has earned negative karma too by his arm twisting ways.
We have a saying in Tamizh Arasan andru kolvaan Dheivam nindru kollum the ruler metes out penalty at once the divine gives you time and once you reach a point of no return you are doomed.
Abhay and Simmi are paying the price for the ill deeds of people like their parents whose positions of power actually make them vulnerable and not powerful.
Children can't atone for parents crimes. every day now will be a reminder of how not to live for Sasuma , Manohar and Ahuja. Abhay becomes the sacrificial lamb being the adorable self sacrificing lad he is.

AS YOU SOW SO YOU REAP
The terror gang plans to unleash a reign of terror to meet its selfish end. It is poetic justice that they should get blown up in their own bid.

POWER CORRUPTS AND ABSOLUTE POWER CORRUPTS ABSOLUTELY

Manohar, Bundelas CM sahib have all been like megalomaniacs misusing the offices of power and wealth they have amassed. Jai is almost getting inducted/ initiated into the culture. There will have to necessarily be a lot of soul searching on the part of the powers that be. Definitely Abhay is the one who will draw most attention on account of his background...Simmi's position will evoke the greatest sympathy...The timing and magnitude of danger that has been faced...will be a true emancipation from the clutches of misuse of power.
I wouldn't be surprised if Adarsh Freedom Mamu and Simi together start an NGO that combats the monster looming large.
It is not the monster outside that we need to battle but the one within. That which dictates what is right and wrong.

@priti the first thing we need to accept is everyone is human. We can respect, but should not worship a human is my take. Because every human has flaws, they commit mistakes. If you respect someone you will be able to correct things even if they go wrong, but if you worship no introspection happens, it is more like that person cannot go wrong. A lot of conflicts arises from this worship than respect. People expect to be worshipped based on position, age etc. But respect and trust can be gained only through actions@moon we can all play games. But in the end when nature plays it game we will know where we stand. Last year's Chennai floods classic example. Every technology man made came to a stand still in front of nature's fury.

Exactly Shruthi. Everyone is human before anything else.
Our natural response to someone being in the army, or a doctor, teacher etc is one of respect. Some how we think they are more accomplished than a more common man. Our expectation from these people are also more, as is our benefit of doubt. However, this does not have to be true. Maybe even to our surprise, they are as human and as normal as all of us in most cases.

Our dislike for Yash in last night episode comes from our own expectation of how a person in the army should be more responsible. Why? He is performing all of his duties.. but he is a heart-broken man who was rejected in love. If he does not express his true feeling , he will be a hypocrite. He still asked Asad for help with information. "Think hard, do you remember anything else". But while he is with his team, he did not want any civilians. It could just be protocol also. He could override it, but he chose not to. If Asad still calls Abhay or Yash and informs them of anything else he can think of, I am sure Yash and Abhay will act on it. But having been treated this way by Yash, will Asad call him again to share any more details? That is a different question.

From Yash's perspective, he has not done anything wrong. He has followed protocol, listened to Asad and acted upon it. He is not in the wrong. When Abhay suggested that they forget their personal differences, neither one of them opposed. To that extent they are willing to work together. But Yash's action of following protocol and not letting a civilian be part of his team may be misconstrued by Asad as revenge on his behalf.

Again, A fearless lion in all its glory is unmatched. But if a fearless lion is sitting around without being cautious, then it can be hunted. If they worked together, they would be unmatched. But because of their human prejudices, there will be bloodshed. And the one who will be the biggest victim is the one who in his fearlessness will stand guard in front of any adversity coming towards his city. Man oh Man!

Hii Shruthi.. ❤️
I'm so irritated with Yash.. How can someone at his position be thinking of getting back his ex while diffusing the bomb..

I'm surprised Adarsh didnt miss Abhay even once.. Has he also realised like Jai that Abhay had to go for duty

Swa will so regret her words..

abt what u said of the throne.. shouldnt the throne go to the right person here Asad.. How can Yash be alive then. Fingers crossed he dies..

@Ria because Radhika likes Asad is he suitable for the throne at this point. Actually no. Is there any guarantee Radhika will feel the same after 3 years once she blooms into a woman. See what a girl looks in a boy and what a woman looks in a man is though similar but not same. Both Yash and Asad are actually not right for the throne is my take. But it is like that always. Game of thrones even the winner may not be right for the throne. 😃

Agreed Shruthi Asad and Yash both seem unsuitable as they now are. One immature the other willful. Speaking to her parents she admitstshe is not the sure what she feels for Asad. She is mature and perceptive. Asad has been reckless and playful. .it is the deceit and breach of trust that is bringing some responsibility...he was reckless till the exit of Radhika. My heart goes out to Abhay who is partially in the mess due to Asad .
