Another lovely jubbly episode by the KRPKAB team! Don't think I can get tired of singing the praises of this show. Completely addicted to it! So to commence, I am so,
so glad that amidst all the family drama Sona found herself stuck in the middle of, she noticed Dev apologise to Ranveer. The way she stopped Dev in his tracks and told him this, again putting him on a much deserving pedestal, was beautifully conveyed by Sona. A big š to the writers for this wonderful line
'itna woh jhuk sakhta hai jo bohat oocha ho.' Then the way Dev says he can do anything for his family and Sona says
'I love you Dev...' Oh Sona! š¤ Her growing admiration and love for him makes me fall in love with Devakshi. Adore these two.
I don't think I have laughed so much from watching this show than I have today š Jesus, what WERE those excuses Dev Babu?! Hilarious! 'Woh kal apne coffee pi thi, itni achi nahi thi, toh aaj achi coffee.' š Yeahhh...right. Then I just love this scene in general with slightly moonlighty conditions, wind blowing in Sona's hair and Dev looking like he just sweated it out in the gym š³ He even notices that Sona's wearing jhumke, but why? š The things we girls have to do look perfect! So Sona knows ki raat ko Auntiji ka diet plan discuss karne toh aaya nahi š so she's like 'baataye kya baat karni hai?' He is soo cute ki in one sentence khud apni pol khol li š 'Koi baat ni, aap ko kaise pata mujhe baat karni hai?' Anyway, he can't see her standing and he's like 'bethiye' because he knows that this might go on for a long time and Sona can't possibly tire š
Try as he might, but he has left the boss-employee relationship bohat peeche š It's just downright funny how he was trying so hard to have a conversation related to her profession because that's the sole reason they have been acquainted, right? So he goes ahead and asks Sona why she hasn't managed to control the diet of her brother? 𤣠But so much has transpired in the last few weeks, that they are no longer professional acquaintances. Mr Dixit, these conversations do not simply happen like that you know? š Isse kehte hai dosti. Isse kehte hai calling that 3am person who you just have to talk to. Isse kehte hai pyar?! š But it's going to be difficult to explain to this boy! š
And I loved how simply Sona talked about the conditions of love and accepting flaws. How you just love your family you know, without putting forward any demands, conditions etc. I don't know how you guys interpreted what Dev really wanted to know/ask, but I feel he wanted to know whether making Neha happy was the most important thing, regardless of his own worries. I personally didn't like how Neha said to Dev that by progressing with her marriage to Ranveer and giving him money, she will be able to forget all the gile shikwe, the problems she has had with Dev. That it will be a fresh start. I don't think that should be the basis of relationships š Dev would do anything for Neha anyway. But for Neha to put forward such a thought to Dev that you make this happen for me and I will start to mend our relationship, didn't go down too well with me. I know that their sibling relationship is very delicate. There is a lot to fix. I just don't see how her marriage with Ranveer will fix everything. Anyway, in his heart, Dev probably got the answer that for him, he will do anything for Neha, with or without conditions.
Finally, there is something so sneaky and romantic about keeping a reminder of the person you love right? A handkerchief is nice š She has Dev's pheromones reaching her too this way š I like how she kept it in her bag too. She can sneak it out in the kitchen for those moments when he is away from her eyes š³ Anyone think Dev is now beginning to care about what her perception is of his family too? I think that says a lot. Iss deewane ladke ko koi samjhaye! Enter fake boyfriend!
