MANIK'S POV:

(Rubbing his eyes)

AM I DREAMING OR SHE IS REAL!!!!!!!

No no she is way too different from my NANDU...sorry sorry...NERDY NANDU!!!!!!!

Her smile...its breathtaking...so peaceful,so calm ,so serene...

she has turned way more beautiful...its like..''WAQT NE KIYA KOI HASEEN SITAM''

Everything was just perfect...but she suddenly disappeared after THAT NIGHT...

After that night she didn't even try to contact me...neither did she ask for any explanations...

she just left with a mere message that changed our equation forever...

''Manik,...Chacha n Chachi are sending me to New York to persuade my career...I am leaving...FOREVER...TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF...N YA DON'T TRY TO CONTACT ME...BYE ONE LAST TIME...''I still have it saved in my inbox ...since past 7 yrs...

In order to talk to her n get my answers...I started approaching her..but as soon as she turned towards me & OUR EYES MET...I JUST GOT FROZEN ON MY FEET...

NANDINI'S POV:

I was talking n smiling with my friends when I felt an intense gaze on me...as soon a I turned I found Manik rooted on his place...but his eyes still on me...as if asking millions of questions which are still unanswered...He looks quite a mature face...rather than being a carefree Manik which he used to be 7 yrs ago...I think with the passage of time he has understood his responsibilities n has become a successful person which I wished for him to be every moment of my life...He looks a GENTLEMAN than a ROCKSTAR...

I have just one fear crept in my heart...

I don't know what he thinks about me after THAT NIGHT...

But here he is smiling like an idiot at me...I think whatever happened...didn't matter him at all...

END OF POV

Her thought process was broken by a sudden hug from him...7 LONG YEARS He had waited for her to be in his arms...there was a sudden relief and calmness on both of their faces...none of them was ready to beak the hug...BOTH OF THEM FELT AT HOME IN EACH OTHERS ARMS...

Finally after what seemed like ages...he broke the hug and with a stern face said,''WE NEED TO TALK NANDU''...

She so knew it that this was coming...without any argument she nodded...he held her wrist and took her to his car...the both sat in and Manik drove to their favorite place in the outskirts of Mumbai...THEIR OWN TREE HOUSE...

Nandini was very much shocked to respond to anything happening to her surroundings...it was so because Manik had brought her to the same place where she met him for the last time...the place that had witnessed their childhood,their growing ups,their joys,their sorrows,everything...the same place where she left him 7 years ago...
