I guess the crux of Bala's premise was that Ishitha needs to find a purpose in life. She seems to be living guilt laden which is why she takes on all the insults heaped on her by Raman as without Raman and Ruhi she seems bereft of a reason to stay there. The conversation on the bench has confirmed that in his mind. The reasons Vandhu voices her suggestion to Shagun to marry Raman is as she points out without the burden of guilt that Raman's life was in ruins on her count...will help Ishitha move on.
CVs need complications and misunderstandings for story to be alive.
What is amazing is that the acting of most characters is amazing so serial thrives.

Most Star plus serials seems to be operating on a formula which is part of Nayi soch separate families ...part mom and daughter spew hatred ...negativity is upsetting.

no one in the world is impeccable like Mr Raman bhalla. Everyone does mistakes and Bala is doing a very big mistake by filing a custody case for Pihu without informing IShu about it. But his intentions are not maligned. He wants world to know that Ishita is not banjh and she has Pihu which is her own blood. So that every tom dick and hary will not call her banjh gala fad fadkar every now and then.

Ishita shud file the custody case of Pihu so that Mr Raman Bhalla will realize that IShita is not a banjh and has her own daughter whom she can always claim as hers. whether she win the case or not is altogether a different story. But as of now Raman Bhalla needs some reality checks.
