Pravitra, I don't know how she treats her daughter as I started watching in b/w never saw there convo so I don't know but she is insecure that if she give birth to a daughter then she will be out of family. N in India still there r ppl who think daughter is a burden so even pravitra is shown like that because head of family (aba) also thinks that son will take family to next generation n daughter will get married to someone n leave house so they prefer son 😳.
