Shah Rukh Khan in Jjhoom India This Friday SRK will be on television again. He will appear as a Celebrity Judge on Jjhoom India. And in true SRK style, he complimented each of the contestants. We asked two of them - Sharad Kelkar and Mrunal Kulkarni – to share their experiences of performing in front of King Khan and about the happenings in the episode. Sharad Kelkar says, "I was very excited when I came to know that SRK will be our fourth Judge but at the same time very nervous to perform in front of him. Secondly, it was an SRK special so naturally we had to sing all his songs. It was very difficult to choose which one I and Vaishali (Samant) should sing but later it was a mutual decision and we chose his famous tapori song from Josh Apun Bola Tu Meri Laila. According to Vaishali my voice is very rough and suited for the song."

And what was SRK's reaction? "He told me that 'you have sang brilliantly, instead of me you should have sung the original one'. After that he came on stage and joined with me. How better could it get. Later I congratulated him for his six packs. It's really very strange and highly commendable that he did it after 40."

Mrunal Kulkarni adds, "It was very nice. The shooting got over around 3 am and it was fantastic. For us it was very difficult to choose the song but later on I and Sudeshji (Bhonsle) decided to sing his wildest romantic song from Darr Tu Mere Samne Main Tere."

On whether SRK liked it Mrunal says, "He was very happy especially because I did certain dance steps which he really liked. He complimented me saying 'You are prettiest woman I have ever seen' which I regard as the biggest accolade in my life. After all it came from SRK."

In praise of the superstar, she says, "He has all the qualities of a star –he is focused, decent, stylish and all."

Last Friday SRK was the celebrity judge on Nach Baliye 3. And so the SRK mania continues…
