Each member of the Ayodhya Nivas were against Dhani including Viplav for the time being...Dhani has no choice but to stand up for herself...she is becoming stronger than before and able to look out for solutions on her own.
She just needs to stop allowing the people of AN to bully her...her family is Viplav over there, Viplav who he considers family have done such heinous crimes that it's unpardonable...his family eventually is Dhani herself who always stood by him through thick and thin.
When Dhani got the phone call from an unknown stranger, she rightfully started doubting the people there...internal enemies are indeed dangerous, they leak the information about the happenings of the house to allow outsiders to attack them.
Sometimes it is better to keep secrets within yourself, you never know who might misuse it against you...Dhani is right in concealing the information from Km who will take advantage of it.
