@bold. You have said it all succinctly. And yes, Elena was used to plant the seeds and encourage it and rush it. It annoyed me many times. Not just her advice but her insistence that waiting five hours was romantic without knowing anything else. Yes, a girl like her would say all these things. But it was used to plant seeds and rush everything along, and it was annoying that dumb stupid advice and insistence was validated so much.

A really interesting discussion going on there😊
Maybe I am not good at structuring my thoughts into sentences. What I intended to point out from my first reply was how Dev's indifference to Natasha's advances was a part of his character and not inconsistent. I was justifying how he did not expect his biggest deal to involve issues like marriage. He is now burdened with an additional decision to make, which happens to be the most imp. decision of his life. Plus it affects his deal.
I wasn't talking about his dynamics or awareness with Sona. Like TM said that maybe he is aware, but that does not mean he needs to love her.bYou can be comfortable with someone and not 'love' them.
After watching yesterday's episode, it can again be easily said that Dev is not naive. He knows that Natasha's marriage proposal has been put, yet he is so comfortable with her. .actually smiling and talking about his personal interests😕
He would be called naive or a bachcha if he had not known, but now he knows. . And yet he is all praises and smiles for her.😲
At this point of time, he is also aware of consequences of this talk. He brings her home and watches gleefully how she is interacting with his family. That shows he is very very smart and actually wants to consider this marriage.

I think the next track should be dev slowly moving towards sona. It needs to be slowly build in order to seem believable ,I agree that eliana has been a really pathetic advisor ,because what he did in hospital only shows he's a good human being ,not thatt he is in love with her, thats the stupidest conclusion to draw from the situation ,she almost died in his arms ,its natural for him.to care

Dev is shown to be manipulative to some extend ,kushal being one example ,I think that's the selfish buinsess man trying to retain his best employee
I dont think there is any feeling yet ,but j do think there is a level of comfort with sona that he choose to discuss his marriage plans with her

And iswari I think shes looking for a babu who is as sacrificial as her son ,so that her family and daughter s are safe , and she know it's. Difficult requirement, that may be her reason for skepticism
