Today's episode starts with Kokila taking the gun from Gaura. Gopi is free and with her other hand she continues untying herself, Vidya and Meera. Kokila beats Gaura with the butt of the rifle and is urged on by Gopi who lists Gaura's crimes against them, Dharam, Durga, Meera and Nayya. Durga is still writhing in pain.
Kokila continues to beat Gaura. She eventually trains the gin on Gaura, makes a self righteous speech and pulls the trigger but the gun does not discharge. She tries again and again but still it doesn't work. Gaura sees her chance, grabs the gun and pushes Kokila away. Kokila falls by the deity. As Gaura cackles away Kokila eyes the trishul. Taking the goddess' name she works the trishul free and screams Gaura's name.
Gaura looks shocked to see Kokila wielding the trishul as is Gopi. Kokila advances towards Gaura. Gopi tries to stop Kokila but she pushes her out of the way. Gaura backs up towards the deity, loses her footing and falls to the floor. Kokila readies to stab Gaura but Gopi falls at her feet imploring her not to make the same mistake as she did all those years ago.
The cavalry arrives in the shape of Dharam, Ahem, Shravan, Jigar and Hetal. They look on shocked. Gopi explains that how her one mistake punished the family and begs Kokila not to do the same. Kokila lunges forward and drives the trishul into ...
The ground. Dharam sees Durga and is shocked. As he runs to her Gaura runs and begs him to protect her, that the Modi's will kill her. Dharam is too concerned for Durga to take any notice. Ahem tends to gopis wound and asks Jigar to call for help Durga is fatally wounded, refuses medical assistance. Her last act is to join Meera and Dharam's hands.
As Durga dies Ahem accuses Gaura of murder. She implores Dharam that she didn't do this and then says she did it for him, for family. Dharam tells Gaura that as of now she is dead to him and he is dead to her. There is no family and he accuses her of selfishness, manipulating and not having an ounce of humanity.
The police arrive and he tells them to take Gaura away and tells her that he will give his statement at the station.
Pre cap. Meera is asked to return home but she refuses saying that she will stay with Dharam as his wife. Dharam waves the decree absolute and tells her that he has signed on it and she should do the same, that the divorce is final.
