When shagun left him and ruhi, he neglected ruhi so that he could turn his life around to make money so he could get back at shagun and ashoka, and then spent the rest of his time obsessing over his brainwashed son. When he was about to lose ruhi to shagun because of his own failures at being a father, he decided to marry ishita. He loved and respected ishita up until something went wrong and then started playing the blame game.
Nidhi kidnaps pihu and demands ruhi in exhange if raman and ishita want pihu back as well as a string of other conditions so that her plan works including they meet her where she decides and no police involvement. Intelligent raman bhalla thought nidhi would actually stick to her words and went along with her conditions, knowing nidhi wasn't to be trusted and her plan was ultimately to rob raman and ishita of both their kids; kidnapping pihu was a means of getting ruhi as well.
Ishita knew nidhi wasn't to be trusted so took police help, which is what your meant to do regardless of whether the kidnapper says not to as they are not to be trusted. When ruhi dies, raman, instead of cursing nidhi begins with his blame game and pits all the blame one-by-one on romi, ishita and abhishek, and then when mihika supports romi as well as the iyer family, he breaks off all his relations with them and decides all the problems in his life are solely because of those people and not because of mistakes of his own (he had assistance from his equally idiotic mother in this blunder).
Then when he thought ishita was dead, he let shagun leave manoj and stay with him to let her look after HIS kids who are HIS responsibility, instead of telling her she need not make such a sacrifice for him, screwing up the lives of both shagun and manoj just to lift the burden of responsibility he has towards his kids off his own shoulders and on to the next woman that offers him support. How about this, don't have kids at all raavan kumar, if raising them is such an inconvenience to you and your beloved career.
Now that ishita is back in his life, he decides to marry shagun, although he rejected to marry her before when he thought ishita was dead. Why? To get back at ishita of course and to show ishita he doesn't need her anymore. So ishita and shagun are a shuttlecock for you now are they Mr Bhalla?
Now if he decides to reject shagun to get back with ishita, and shagun turns negative, there is nobody to blame apart from Raavan-head-up-his-a**-Kumar-Bhalla is there?😡
Sorry but even if ishita and raman get back together, i will always hate raman, as this track has only proved how much of a failure of a father and husband he is and how he uses the people around him to unburden him of his responsibilities and boost his ego.
