So am finally here with an OS on the song Raabta from the movie Agent Vinod suggested by Rufana10 aka Rufana.

Ishita and Raman were in college.
They were final year students of BBA
Both of them were neighbours and studied in the same class and same school since the age of 5.
Both of them were mischievous but at the same time brilliant students as well.
Ishita always had a liking for him since she was in class 12 and over the years her crush soon turned into love for him.
But she never spoke of her feelings thinking it would break their strong friendship
On the other hand,Raman always considered her as his closest friend whom he could share all his secrets with but never thought of anything beyond it.
Kehte hain
"Khuda ne is jahan me sabhi ke liye
Kisi na kisi ko hai banaaya,
With the final exams of the year coming up,she had decided to confess it to him after their last exam.
They both wrote their exams well and now waited for the results.
The day after their last exam got over,they decided to meet for coffee.
At the coffee shop,
I-Raman...finally our exams are over
R-I know right...finally
I have been wanting to tell you something since long...
I-Me too...
R-Ok you go 1st
I-No you 1st
R-Acha ok...you know Shagun na
I am going to ask her out soon...
You know how much I love her...i would do anything for her
Ishita felt heartbroken hearing this.
Though she knew she had to be ready for this rejection but hearing some other girl's name made her feel very dad.
She was lost,when Raman shook her back to reality.

Tera milna hai uss rab ka ishaara
R-Ishita...ishita
Where are you lost?
I-Uh...nothing
R-What were you going to tell me?
I-Oh...me
Umm...just that I wanted to wish you luck for your future.
I am flying to Singapore tomorrow for my further studies.
So all the best
Sh wished him luck and then got up and left without waiting for his response.
She was teary eyed and somehow controlled her tears and left the coffee shop.
Ishita thought to herself
I-If my love for him is strong,I am sure destiny will make us meet again and this time we will unite forever

8 years later
It had been a long time since the coffee shop incident,nearly a decade.
Ishita had left to Singapore and after completing her MBA and specializing in the hospitality industry she went on to become one of the top franchise owners of a big hotel chain.
Raman on the other hand completed his MBA in London and came back to India and became one of the top entrepreneurs.
Ishita still loved Raman but never spoke it out even after 8 years.
On the other hand,Raman had a bad experience in his relationship with Shagun.
After a year of them being together she left Raman for Ashok who lured her with all sorts of materialistic things.

Then one day,Ishita had come to India on a business trip.
She had to attend a party thrown by one of her business partners where even Raman was also invited.
At the party,Raman wore a black tuxedo suit while Ishita wore an ink blue sari with silver border.
She was busy on a phone call when he bumped in to her.
R-I am s...
And the words stuck in his mouth as he took in the sight of the ethereal beauty in front of him.
She looked simple yet beautiful.
Ishita also lift her head to say sorry but was speechless seeing the person in front of her.
The Raman she saw was very different from the one she knew 8 years ago.
He had grown more handsome but still had the same charm for which she fell for 8 yrs back.
I-Raman...
R-Ishita...
Ishita was also no different she had become all the pretty and slim than she was at college.
R-Umm...how have you been?
I-Quite good...what about you?
R-Juice maybe...
I-Sure...
And then they went on to have some refreshments and snacks together.
Though initially they were a little hesitant but slowly as the party progressed,they got engrossed in their talks.

We broke up one year later.
I-Oh sorry...
R-It looks like no one can ever handle this crazy Raman except you.
Ishita looked up and their eyes locked.
They shared the eyelock for long time and then were brought out of their moment as Ishita suddenly checked her time.
I-I should leave now
R-Come I will drop you.
Ishita was very happy after spending time with him and the thought of going on this mini drive with him made her all the more happier.
Raman too felt a sense of happiness which he had never sensed before.
They both sat and were back to their talking as they reminisced their college and school days.
Suddenly the weather changed and it started pouring heavily.
Ishita was lost seeing the outpour which looked different as her beloved was with her.
Raman also added to that feeling as he switched on the stereo which played old romantic tracks.
She was in heaven with all her desires slowly being fulfilled but still one remained...the most important one
Suddenly the car broke down.
He went out to check while she waited on.
Suddenly she heard a voice.
R-Aah...
Ishita immediately went out and went upto him only to see his finger having a deep cut.
I-What raman...can't you do anything slowly...so careless of you.
You haven't changed a bit...school also same thing.
Wait now
Her forehead showing lines of worry.
She went back upto her seat and took out her handkerchief from her purse.

She quickly washed off the blood and wrapped his finger in the handkerchief all the whole caressing it lovingly.
More than him she was in pain and looked at him with worried and concerned eyes.
The rain poured heavily and made her sari stick to her skin making her look more alluring.
Raman couldn't help but just admire her.
She hadn't cared for anything and cared for him so nicely.
She was really worried for him.
Being the gentleman he was he immediately made her wear his coat.
Ishita looked upto him.
She could see nothing but his eyes that always made her drown in them.
They shared an eyelock.
With the thuddering sound of thunder they were brought out from their trance.
They looked around trying to hide away from each other's glances.
Then Raman spotted a taxi and they went off.
After an eventful evening,sleep was far for both of them.

Duaayein hain ussi ke liye
For Ishita her feeling only deepened for him while Raman was confused.
R-Ishita...something is there about her which I never felt before.The feeling I never even felt for Shagun.
Have I fallen in love with her?
They both spent the night admiring the same photo which they had clicked on the last day of their exams.
And dozed off thinking about the happenings and the new feelings.
Next morning,Ishita woke up to his Raman.

It was such a pleasure bumping into you.
Dinner at 8...

I-This is the best morning ever.
She typed the message and replied back.

Raman picked her up at 8...he look mesmerized by her.
While she was also no less,his smart built made her lost in him.
The whole ride they both kept stealing glances from each other.
When they reached the restaurant,he made her sit comfortably on the chair.
Ishita had a constant smile on her face as she kept admiring him.
He sat and snapped at her as she came our of her trance.
R-Ishita...I wanted to say something
She didn't anything
R-Ishita...ishita
I-Haan...tell what
R-Umm...
He held her in his and caressed it and said,
R-Ishita...I know it's too early for this to happen but I have to say this.
I Love You
Yes,I Raman Kumar Bhalla have hopelessly and madly fallen in love with you.
Since last night I have been thinking about you only,you are so different and something about you pulls me towards you.
We have been best of friends since 5 and except the last 8 years we have shared each and everything .You know everything about me and I about you.
I promise you that I will keep you happy and love you forever.
He came upto her and went down on his knees.
R-So Miss.Ishita Iyer,will you marry me and become Mrs.Ishita Raman Kumar Bhalla and have babies with me?

I-I wanted to tell and was going to but then you told me about Shagun so...
R-And you left it at that...crazy girl
But whatever I am so happy I have you.
She just hugged him tightly in reply.
He kissed her on her forehead and hugged more tightly.
Ishita thought to herself
I-My Love was strong and overcame everything.
Destiny made us meet again and this time we are bound forever and till times eternal.
