The episode starts with the wedding aniversary preparations of Ahem and Gopi. Both of them come downstairs. Meera and Vidya hug their parents and say that they are the cutest couples in the entire world.
The entire family gives best wishes to the couple. Kokila asks them whether they liked the preparations. Gopi requests Kokila for spending time with Ahem in private. Kokila agrees. Lights are off. Gopi and Ahem dance on the song aayi ho meri zindagi main tum bahar banke. She then emotionally hugs Ahem and requests him never to be angry or upset with her. Ahem hugs and promises the same. Wedding takes place between them. At the end of the third round, Gopi comes ahead and promises Ahem if death has to come to him, it has to face her first. Ahem refuses to it saying she has done a lot for him and his family and she should not take that risk. Neither should she die before him nor after him. They should live and die together. He then carries Gopi for the remaining pheras and takes everyone's blessings. Ahem and Gopi tell Kokila this is the best gift she gave them. Kokila hugs both of them.
Dharam gets the news about Gaura's accident. He rushes there. Vidya gets a letter in Shravan's name to meet him for 5 minutes. When she does not return, Meera goes in search of her but a hand comes before Meera's nose and mouth.
