BBB is an extremely entertaining film but i'd choose JWM over literally every romcom made in the last 15 years..Its my go to movie when am depressed about something 😆 Imtiaz has never been able to recreate that magic..

This is hard! I love both these movies. I love Shruti and Bittoo and Aditya and Geet. I can talk hours about how interesting and strong both the female leads are. In so many films, even the good ones, the female leads are only known in terms of their love story, and they don't have any layers/ aspects outside of that. But it is Shruti who is more mature than Bittoo, and it is Geet who shows Aditya a way out of his depression.

Band Bajaa Barat won by a whisker for me. Only because it is set in DU, where I studied, and I love how true it is to the lived experience of Delhi! And you have to be a DU-dweller to realise the supreme attraction of the bread pakora 😊

I love Bittoo and Shruti just way too much. Even though I don't like Kareena, She was perfect as Geet. More than Perfect. Aditya Kashyap too is my fav.
