Ankhi whispers excitedly, "Lets first go to the kitchen! I can smell fruit cake and jalebi and-"
"No, locker room first! We need money more than foods.." Sadia says cutting her off. Meanwhile, Dia, who's still standing on porch, says hesitantly "Guys, I still don't think...um, this is not...right thing to do"
"SHUT UP!" Sadia almost shouts at her then clumps her hand over mouth to get some control. Her character like her username is always...you know...tempestuous! "We're giving her chance for over one month now! Me and Ankhi nagged for party constantly, Rifah had booked the hotel but at last moment cancelled because madam didn't get time to make appearance!! Now, we have enough.."
Ankhi puffs her chest then imitating Sadia says"yah enough!" Rifah yawns from the threshold, looking at her watch. "Hey if you are just going to stand here and chat then I'm going to the spare bedroom and take a nap. I sacrificed my sleep due to your plan!"
However her exasperated voice sets others in motion. Urmi, Dwipanita and Raka holding the flashlight climb up the stairs first. Nammy taps on Ankhi's shoulder and whispers "Take the chance and something to eat for us! Go!" Ankhi looks here and there then stealthily slips into kitchen. The temptation is killing her! Dia timidly follows Rifah & Sadia. Suddenly her phone rings and all of them almost jumps and falls out of the staircase.
Dwipanita whispers "Uff put your phone on silent Dia!"
"sorry sorry..uh this is Addrita. Should I take her call?" When Sadia nods so she presses the green button.
"Hey Dia di, how's your plan going??" Addrita's excited voice yells at the opposite side.
"Umm..we just..entered & now climbing the stairs." Dia says quietly.
"Cool! All the best, save some money for me too, after you get.."
"We don't...ok alright!" Dia quickly replies and cuts the call.
"Girls, you need to carry on without me for some..moment!" Urmi says apologetically. When others, except Dia, glare at her , she explains "Nature's call, sorry!" then runs the rest of the steps and heads towards the bathroom.
"Cool, now where is Lazy?" Sadia asks gritting teeth. "She is digging into fridge, sure."Raka offers with a sigh. The rest of the group, except Dia, of course, curse under their breath before keep climbing.
"Shit how many steps has she built? It seems the staircase is leading to heaven!! Never ending!" Dwipanita mutters. She is the latest edition of BBP club so she has never came here before.
"There's total 23 steps. keep going" Rifah drawls.
After 10 minutes the gang find themselves in front of Titli's bedroom. Urmi has done with her emergency and joined the group again.
Sadia says in a commanding tone, holding the doorknob, "Okay, so we will tiptoe and round the bed first to make sure she is sound asleep. Then Rifah, Urmi, Raka...you girls will break the vault and take out the monies & jewelleries. Dwipanita, you will guard the door with Dia. And me with Lazy-" she stops realizing that Ankhi is still engaged in kitchen downstairs. "well, me alone will use the chloroform on her to make her unconscious and easy to get.."
"God, you said this for the 9th time!" this comes from Nammy.
Sadia frowns "Were you counting??"
"ok lets start and get over this!" Rifah strolls towards the locker, followed by Raka and Urmi. Sadia rounds the bed and eyes the sleeping form of Titli, covered with duvet, evilly before yanking it off and...stops dead.
There is a big teddy bear lying instead of her!
"OMG! Where the hell is she??" she can't control her voice this time. All run towards her and stare at the bed with shocked expression plastered on their faces.
"Has she..oh no!" Dia fills the silence after few seconds.
"no no, that's impossible! She cannot know what we are planning to do tonight! Right? She wasn't much around for a month!" Raka muttering while glancing around dubiously.
"I always knew Titli di is smartass!" Rifah drawls shaking her head.
"Is it possible that...someone has informed her?" Sadia looks around then suddenly something dawns on her. "Lazy!"
Suddenly her phone rings dragging her down to earth. She eyes the caller id irately but takes the call anyway.
"Don't you know I am where and with who?" she barks at the caller.
"Dare you to raise your voice! I was the one who introduced you to them! You ungrateful witch!!" Ankhi stomps her feet and barks back. Titli quickly composes, throwing a sheepish grin at the two frowning men adds in lower pitch "Well, Lazy, can you...uh, we do this discussion...later?"
"I'm sorry, no!"
"What the heck you want?"she curses soon feeling her voice has raised again.
"BBP gang has entered your house! Its only me and Dia who saved you from being kidnapped!"
"I know that.. Tell me something new?"
"Yah, I am eating your blackberry ice cream with choco fills and packing the rest of jeera rice, chicken sandwich and mushroom corn soup for home." Ankhi speaks with attitude. Titli fists her free hand under the table then mutters measuring the tone "Go ahead, steal the whole refrigerator, cabinets whatever you like to have as a token of gratitude! Just leave me in peace..ok, baby?"
"Ok. Bye and have a good time." she ends dazzlingly.
Titli exhales a long breath and batting eyes towards the men says, "Sorry for the interruption hotties, emergency call, you know..."
One of the two hunks, Vivian Dsena, leans forward and grins. "No need to apologize..we know why we're here..." Titli blushes hearing his husky manly voice but her face drops when he finishes with "..the cause is really great. I must applaud you."
"What? Err...thanks but-" Titli can't finish as Fawad Khan cuts in. "Yes, your organization's mission to save the street puppies is really heart-touching!!"
"Mission to save street dogs??" her eyes widens and all color drains from face as she yells out the words.
"No Dog, puppies!" Vivian corrects her promptly.
"whatever..and, what organization?!"
"BBP Dog Savers. Isn't it?" Fawad asks frowning again.
Titli has to grab her head to stop it from bursting into pieces. The men exchange bewildered glances then shrug.
"Lazy, I mean..Ankhi told your about our organization & mission?"
"ya ya right. That idea was great that we didn't waste a single day and collected 16 street puppies. They will be sent to house tomorrow morning at sharp 8 a.m."
"WHAAAT??"That's the last word escaping from Titli's highly lip-glossed mouth, then she faints...
"Hmmm at least there will be no police case now."Dia says solemnly.
"Allah, I never thought Ankhi di could plan like this..." Urmi is still under shock learning upon the "date" plan set by Ankhi & Dia.
Rifah chuckles and adds "Well, our Club president has finally learnt her lesson for ignoring us for over a month. So mission accomplished! Yayy!"
"Three cheers for Bokom Bokom Pyara Club! Hip hip hurray!" they shouts in unison.
Titli is sitting at the corner and chewing bubblegum with a mortified expression clouded over her face. Raka, Rifah & Dia stroll to her.
"Go away!" Titli mutters.
Raka tugs at her arm. "C'mon it wasn't that bad..you at least got to share some space with Fawad & VD."
Dia adds encouragingly, "and look at those selfies woman, you are looking so hot and brilliant! Totally sandwiched between them.." At this, Titli's face turns into crimson and she whispers dreamily "They were so sexy and adorable and cool and-"
"Ok we got it! Now lets go, you have to do this item number!" Rifah pulls her out of chair.
"Wait! Wh...what item number?"
"Wanna be my chammak challo! I did Lungi Dance, Raka did baby doll, Dia di did...ummm...zabra!"Titli rolls her eyes because zebra isn't an item song at all!
Tonight is the party night. It's the 25th Anniversary of BBP Club and they successfully every single penny taken from her vault. Now, they are demanding her to do a ridiculous item number on the stage.
"Big no! I am not feeling like dancing! So excuse me" Titli snatches her hand back from Rifah's grab. She is about to object when a heavy manly voice intervenes.
"Even if we are here to watch you??"
They all turn their heads and stare at the two finest specimens of male beauty. Ian Somerhalder and Jensen Ackles, approaching towards them, with sexy-like-hell grins on their lips. Titli's jaw hits the floor and eyes turn into soccer.
"We've invited all our favorites sweetie. SRK, Abhijit, Abeer, VD, Fawad, Peral, Varun, Pravas, Rajib, Aditya are all here tonight. So, you know now why we are...ahem...doing Item Dance??" Raka winks at her boldly but Titli's gaze doesn't waver from the two men, until...she faints again!
