Where did Patels live these 2yrs ?

Acc to Kesar chachu, Roshni struggled to move away from Mumbai and they came to Delhi.. And she established her office in Delhi.. Now Dev and his family is in London (or where is he living ?.. I'm still confused😕).. So how did Roshni meet them or Roshni haven't lived with them in these 2 yrs Am I missing something or is there some confusions in story telling?😕
