why so much hate for her ? is she not typical of most Bollywood wives. or for that matter most Indian women ? most of them have been taught to make the marriage work no matter what. I have met so many women who turn a blind eye to husbands affair saying at the end of the day he will return home .


also aditya pancholi used to beat up kangana . do you think she was a special case ? abusers never change. in all probability he has been beating her up for years as well.



how is she different from Neetu kapoor who endured years of rishi's womanising and alcoholic abuse? just that they are more successful and rishi never publicly admitted to his doucheness despite everyone knowing it. how is it different from the so called well behaved khan khandaan who publicly beat up zeenat aman . there are literraly innumerable examples in Bollywood.



I get that she is no role model. but why so much hate on this thread for what is essentially taught to every women - endure and forgive and make the marriage work no matter what. its the story of millions of Indian women.

@bips IMHO, I will walk out of a marriage if I get a guy like Aditya or someone who abuses... I cannot take shit...treat me the way I should be as a human...dont ever try crossing the line with me...and believe me you women do not take shit easily nowadays...piles of divorce cases going on around me...even if it takes two to tango women are walking out...just a fact...nothing wrong or embarrassing in it...if you are not compatible you are not PERIOD...not encouraging her for a divorce because thats her choice...but this is strictly my opinion.

i completely agree with you. i am not saying that she is right. i am just saying that what her attitude is, this attitude is very common in women because how they have been traditionally conditioned. so people calling her a shame on womenhood, useless, or wanting to throw chappals at her, that is what i am questioning.

no women wants her husband to hit her or to have an affair or to rub it in her face. but millions of women still suffer it. ... in silence. yes women are getting divorces and kudos to them but its still a small number. most women are still stuck in the hellhole bec of tradition, or conditioning, or security.

so abusing her does not make any sense to me. what is she going to say to the press anyways - that her husband is a jerk? once you decide to stay married you have no choice but to defend the ass to the world


and all those people criticing her, dont tell me you dont have a chachi, mosi, bhabhi, aunty, cousin, or friend who stays married to her abusive husband despite logic dictating other wise. we all know such women.
