haha..interesting topic..i dont have an answer but my imagination produced the following options for u ppl to choose from:

1. he's a b-grade hollywood agent come to scout out qazi and fly him off to LA to play roles like the guru (i called him b-grade cos he looked kinda sidey, not cos qazi deserves b-grade or sumthing!)

2. he's a wannabe starlet who was willing to pay (or er..well) for the camera to focus on him..don't forget, other wannabe starlets r being promoted by fg..like shiny ahuja and isha sharvani

3. he's a firangi admirer of mandira's from her travels as a cricket commentator

4. he's a desperate friend of qazi's who dyed his hair cos qazi said ppl like him cos of his hair..so this dude thought he'd try HIS luck with the ladies...

5. sony wanted fg to look 'international' (haha..ok this one was the corniest!)

You know I quite agree with your 4th point cuz he really looked like the sort who didnt actually have blond hair but dyed it such!! And the whole world seems to want hair n attitude like QAZI!! 😆
