When I read the title of your post, I thought you mean that Atul was hitting on a patient, literally.... but when I finally watched the episode, i realized what you meant!

It was hilarious, especially Atul singing the Hanuman Chalisa... and poor Lovely, had to watch the whole thing! Today episode was hilarious!
