It is a Hindi Quote. It's meaning is " If a person realize his mistake, he cannot be called wrong."

actually i have written in reverse.. correct one is "subah ka bhoola shyam ko wapas laute toh usey bhoola nahi kahte.." in english "If a person who has lost the road in the morning but find the correct road to come home , he should not be blamed s forgetful or erring".

It is used in situations to indicate that correcting yourself or your course of action at any satge is to be welcome and the person's error should be excused.
