PART 13 The Final Chapter
2 weeks passed and it was time for the wedding, Sid wasn't eager to marry but he thought what's the use , at least maybe somehow he will forget her, he will be marry and maybe one day he will move on.
Simran was making last minute checks to ensure everything was perfect for her to welcome her soon to be bahu. Raj approached her with a worried look on his face..."Simmi are you sure we're doing the right thing, Sid hasn't said anything since he's been back, are you sure we should continue with this wedding" Raj asked
"I know what's best for Sid, you shall see he will be happy after this wedding , I can feel it deep down, Sid will be happy" she replied to him and then left to see if he was ready
It was time for the wedding, Sid sat at the mandap waiting for his bride to be, he kept telling himself that this was it, after taking the vows he will never let his wife down, he will never think of her , the girl who had his heart with her, the girl who crushed him and left him lifeless... Sid watched as the other girls brought the bride to the mandap, both now seated ...The knot was made and Sid felt her drifting farther from him, time for the rounds , he time they made a round Sid wiped his mind of her laughter or anger and how cute she looked...tears leaked from his eyes as the rounds were finished ...It was time for the tying of the wedding chain, he leaned over as he wrapped his hands around the veiled bride neck and tied the chain, he then applied sindoor without even lifting the veil...finally it was announced that the wedding was over.
Both got up and took blessings from their elders, Sid went to DD and took her blessings, she whispered to him to keep her daughter safe and to keep her happy, he promised her that he will ...
As the rituals were over Sid entered his room to see his new bride sitting on the bed waiting for him...He wanted to start his relationship with her as fair as it can be , so he approached her
"I know we are strangers to each other right now, but I just want to tell you something...even though we were set to get married to each other , I tried to escaped and I ran away , where I met the most beautiful person ever and I fell in love,I don't know how but I just did and it was so magical..I know I don't have any right saying this to you but marriage is base on truth so I'm saying my truth, it will be tough but I'm working on forgetting about that girl...I want to try and be the best husband possible to you and I want you to have every right of being called my wife, so here tonight in front of you I give up all memories of Roshni, wiping it clean from my mind and my heart and opening it up to you..."
Sid was now in tears as he turned away from his silent wife, waiting for her to reply but then he thought maybe she was angry at him, he got up from the bed and faced the window
"Is it so easy for you to wipe your mind and heart of my memories, is it so easy for you to give yourself to another woman when you know I'm your wife since in Goa" the veil bride said
Sid spun around quickly looking at her on the bed, it couldn't he he thought...walking slowly towards her, he lifted her veil to see his Roshni on tears ..."this is not possible , how can you be here" he said in the most shock tone
"What you want me to leave" she asked
He shook his head quickly saying no..."But how" he asked
"you were always slow" she said and she started to explain

Roshni in the car talking to her mom on the phone..."mom I need to ask you something, the Khurana's what is the name of their son"
"Siddharth Khurana, why are you asking Roshni" DD asked sounding worried
"NO reason , I was curious that's all goodbye and one more thing I'm coming home" she said quickly as she ended the call
Roshni was so happy hearing the name of the man she was supposed to marry, what luck we have she thought, Roshni was about to call Sid and inform him but then she said no let him wait for a while to see who he got to deal with for the rest of his life...That same afternoon she hugged Sam goodbye , telling her it was urgent for her to go back home and she told Sam not to tell Sid where she stayed
Sam agreed and Roshni arrived him, telling her mom she was ready for the wedding, DD was thrilled and asked Roshni if she wanted to meet Sid at least once but she told her no, she wanted it to be done like an official arrange marriage where the groom and bride meet each other after wedding, DD found it a little weird but Roshni shook it off by saying that it was DD choice and she trust her choice...
FlashBack ended
Sid got up angrily from the bed and Roshni watched at him in a worried way, " do you know what I've been through, the pain, the torment all because of a stupid prank...you left me and broke my heart" he said
"I'm sorry about it, I didn't know you would react in that way but it seems you were willing to give me up easily like 30mins ago, when you told me your whole love story...listen Mr Khurana I say this to you now, if you ever talk about giving me.up I swear I will.kill you, understand" Roshni said
Wiping his tears and planting a soft kiss on his lips..."I've missed this so much and I love you so much please don't ever leave me" he said to her ad he held her in his arms as they both stare at the moon
"I love you Siddharth and never in a million years would I leave you" Roshni replied as she rested her head on his shoulders, both feeling complete in each others arms
