They have to bring her back after surgery,it is really needed for jr😭

Sadly she thought she would be making things better for her kids but in turn things go bad. But Sid would keep the promise he made to her before she fell, "I promise to never leave Roshni." Roshni will leave him but he will do whatever it takes to protect "Diya" when they are face to face.
