Hey Areeba, I dont know how people nap. My naps last like 6 hours and I wake up wondering where I am so I stopped taking them 😆

I commented on few posts before I napped.

LOL i have some of those instances very few times where I'm way too groggy and don't know what's happening but i've been honestly working through power naps for over three years now that iam used to it.

Ha Nemo so true people an be mean, I heard this phrase today and it's Soo perfect "knowledge is knowing what you say, wisdom is in knowing whether or not to say it". Moral of the story we have lots of knowledgeable people but not all are wise

Areeba, I seriously cant hack naps anymore. I'm one extreme or the other. I can stay awake for 24 hours or I can sleep for 24 hours. No meeting in the middle 😆
