Nothing comes out. Their lawyers would continue sending notices, these two would continue acting in their movies. We will loose interest in their story and everyone moves on.

No one was interested about justice from the beginning. Hritik just wanted to clear his name, which he did by leaking emails. Kangana does not care about her reputation. She could not have been where she is in the industry (not being a star kid), if she had bothered. She would have just been another Gracy Singh and vanished. She would be happy that she was in news and she will survive because of her thick skin. (Her supporters will support her anyway). I have lost interest in this case after Hritik leaked her emails. To me, case got closed then.

Conclusion will be that if you are famous everybody from police, forensic experts will get involved to sort it out. But if you are some commoner good luck dealing with eve teasing, stalking and other crimes of passion.
