Ep begins with Raman asking the doctor to treat the lady.
He tries to find info.about her to contact her family.
Bala and amma try to find out about Raman.
Amma worries for toshiji.
Raman meanwhile tries to find ishita's identity by her seat no but since there were 2 ladies,they do not get info
He is worried.
Mihika tells romi that she is going for marriage shopping to Mumbai and comes there as she can't see adi in pain...
She asks the nurse for Raman, nurse says he is outside operation theatre
Raman about to meet Ishita but is interrupted by a phone call.
Hit and miss again.
Mihika sees Ishita and she calls out ishu akka...she is shocked
Mihika tells fake name of ishita...indrani as she thinks there must be something that she hid the fact that she was alive.
Toshiji is worried and Raman tries to calm her down.
He comes to know that Adi and Mihir are in mumbai...he tells he is not coming to Delhi
Toshiji cries and says he has become hard hearted as she recalls Ishita saying after you left he has changed.
Vandu is back 😳
Vandu and shravu scene...he waits for Aliya's msg.
Kshitija also comes.
Bala and vandu have a small fight.
Ishita sees mihika and is shocked
Mani and Aliya come to the hospital.
He is not able to find ishita,Aliya tells I will find her.
Ishita first denies herself in front of mihika but then agrees
Mihika asks her missing from 7 yrs.
She says I killed ruhi,I cannot go back
All are happy without me
Mihika tells ruhi is alive and shows Pihu's photo.
She is shocked.

He tells I was worried for you.raman tells I don't need anyone's sympathy.
Adi says of ishima was here,she would have not let you talk like this.
Raman gets angry as why he took ishita's name and slaps him
