Ishita was busy in packing eatables for their parents for the journey while Raman was busy in looking at the arrangements done for their stay in Jammu .and little ruhi was busy in helping her grandparents in packing,she was bringing little stuff like comb,tooth brush and giving her dadi to keep.after doing all the packings,toshi ji make ruhi sit in her lap and said- aaj toh meri ruhi ne bahut kaam kiya. Ab batao ruhi puttar ko badle mein kya chahiye.(today ruhi did so many work.what she want in return).
Ruhi- I don't want anything in return dadi.u guys just go and bring alot of wishes for mumma ,papa and me.
Toshiji- changa puttar.as u say.
They were talking when Ishita entered the room with a big box.
Ishita- mummy ji,I have made many eatables for u all.Punjabi and south Indian .keep it.
Toshiji- what was the need puttar.u r not well still u r doing so much.its not good Ishita.
Ishita- I am good mummy ji.u just take care of urself and papa ji.
Toshiji- ji puttar ji.where is Raman.
Ruhi- papa is in patti's house.it will be closed naa.so checking everything.
Toshiji- OK,let's call everyone, its time to go.else our train will be missed.
Ishita- OK mummy ji,I will call everyone.saying so she went to call everyone.
All four were set to go.
Raman- ishi,I am going to see them off.u take care of urself.
Ruhi- papa,I will also come with u.
Raman- no bachche,there can be rush.u stay with mumma.
Ruhi- no I will also come with u papa.mumma tell naa.
Ishita- le jaiye naa( take her).
Raman- ishi,how u will stay all alone.
Ishita- so what ,its my house.I can stay.moreover it's matter of some hours.u take her,till then I will prepare dinner for us.
Raman- OK I am taking ruhi with me.but don't u dare to step inside the kitchen.u r working since morning.I didn't argue but no more stress.understood. I will bring the food.and we will have it.but u will not prepare anything.got it.he said almost warning her.
Ishita nodded like an obedient kid.their parents were smiling seeing them together.
Toshiji- I have an idea.why don't Ishita come with us.u guys can dine together after seeing us off.what say.
Raman- actually its a brilliant idea.go and get ready.ruhi ,u too go with mumma.
Ruhi- OK papa.saying so both went inside.while Raman was sulking over the fact that their parents r going from.train in place of flight.
Madhu- its OK Raman,we can have more time together.we will have fun.u guy take care of urself.
Raman- ji amma.
Soon ishru come out wearing,a pink saree and pink frock.
Ruhi- see papa,we r mumma daughter, colour coordinated.u r not in our group,u r wearing brown.
Ishita giggled hearing her words while Raman made a face.
Raman- chalo,we will talk about it later.
Soon they were in the railway station.it was much crowded.
Raman- ishi,its very much crowded,u sit here only on platform no.1.I will go and make them board the train.it will come on platform no.5.take care of ruhi.I will take care of amma ,appa.maa and papa.u just be with rooh.OK.
Ishita- ji Raman.saying so she sat on a bench with ruhi.
Soon train come and Raman make them settle in the train.he bid them adieu.After that he came back to the place and saw there was much of chaos and ishru were missing.
Raman stopped a man and asked ,what happened here.
Man- a mad man ran away from hospital and when the compounders come to take him.he made a little girl his hostage. They catch him finally but he stabbed the little girl.
All the colour drain off his face hearing this.
Raman- how much old girl.what she was wearing.
Man- around three.she was wearing a pink frock.
Raman- she is my daughter.how's she.where her mother took her.
Man- she took her to the nearest hospital,jeevan hospital.
Raman ran out of the platform to his car.tears were falling off his eyes while he was cursing himself for taking them along and then leaving them alone.
Raman- hey bhagwaan, kya halat hogi ishi ki ,ruhi ko aise haal mein dekh kar.how irresponsible I am.couldn't take care of my little family.hey matarani ,please keep them safe.thinking so he open his car,only to see ishru sleeping hugging each other tight.
Raman sighed in relief seeing them all safe and sound.he get into the car and hugged them tightly.he cried hugging them tight.ishru got up hearing his cry and feeling his tight hug around them.
Ishita got worried seeing him cry.
Ishita- Raman,Raman,what happened. Why r u crying.kya hua,bataiye naa.Raman please tell me,u r scaring me.she was asking while Raman was just crying hugging them tight.
Ruhi too started crying seeing him crying.
Ruhi- what happened papa.why u r crying.
Raman composed himself and said- nothing bachcha.papa didnt saw u guys there naa,so I was scared .
Ishita- woh actually, I wasn't feeling well.I was feeling suffocated and dizzy.so thought of coming back to car.I called u also but u didn't picked.so we come back to car and sit inside taking car keys from driver.and don't know when we slept.sorry to trouble u Raman,I don't want,
Raman didn't let her complete ,just hug them tight again and said- its alright ishi.u guys r alright.its more then OK .saying so he kissed their foreheads.
Suddenly, Raman remember something and broke the hug.
Raman- what happened to u ishi.why u were feeling suffocated and dizzy. Shall we go to doctor.
Ishita- no no,I am alright.a man was smoking near us.so I felt suffocated. Let's go out of this place.I am not liking it.
Raman- OK,let's go.saying so he called his driver and give him keys of another car and said- took that car home.we r going out for dinner .
Driver- OK sir,saying so he went leaving ishraru alone.soon they were on the roads of Delhi,looking for a good place to have food.ishita switch off the ac and down the window feeling the cool air on her face.the weather turned too pleasant all of a sudden,like celebrating their reunion.
They had their dinner at a Punjabi dhaba leaving the five star hotels.the ambience was peaceful and soothing.ishita was feeding ruhi,chole bhature ,while Raman was looking at them lost in the moment.
Ishita look at him and asked with her eyes,what happened.
Raman nodded saying nothing and hold her hand.he kissed the back of her palm and said- I love u so much.
Ishita smiled at his sudden declaration. She was feeling very happy having ruman in her life.like god has granted her every wish.
Ruhi- mumma,I am done.now feeling sleepy sleepy.
Ishita wiped her face and said- OK baby,come to mamma. I will make u sleep.
Raman- no bachcha,come to papa.I will makey baby sleep.mumma is tired naa.saying so he took ruhi in his arms and make her sleep.he was making ruhi sleep when waiter serve food for them.
Ishita- Raman,let me take her.u have ur food.
Raman- no, ruhi will be with me only.u feed me.
Ishita- how can I Raman.we r in public place.
Raman- so what u r my wife.can't to feed ur hungry husband.
Ishita blushed a little and start feeding him.she took and morsel ,and feed him.he bite her finger.
Ishita- ouch,Raman,eat properly. Don't bite my finger.
Raman came near her and said- actually I wanna bite ur lips but what do u.can bite ur fingers only.he said winking making Ishita blush beet root.
Ishita- aap aise karenge toh main nahi khilaungi(if u do like this,I won't feed u).
Raman- tab main tumhe kha jaaunga(then I will eat u)waise bhi u r much tempting from this rajma.
Ishita- u r so bad.
Raman- and u r so yummy.
Ishita- Raman,main nahi khilaungi.
Raman- achcha baba,sorry.ab khilao,main bahut bhookha hoon.I will eat food now and have dessert in night.what say ,my creamy dessert.
Ishita came closer and said huskily- as u say .
Raman- ohho,madrasan has turned bold.but u know what I am loving this bold madrasan. Lagta hai meri raat bahut khoobsurat hone wali hai.
Ishita- jaise aapke aane se meri zindagi khoobsurat ho gayi hai.she said feeding him.they were chatting and enjoying their dinner,while ruhi was sleeping in Raman's arms ,oblivious of a pair of eyes which was glaring at them since the beginning and boiling in jealousy.
Shagun-raman,u can't be happy without me.I won't let u be happy with this girl.I don't know who she is but I will surely kick her out of ur and ruhi's life.both of u belongs only to me.she was smiling thinking this.when she saw them going out of the dhaba.
Ishita- Raman ruhi ko mujhe de dijiye.u must be tired holding her.
Raman- madam,in Punjabi haddiyon mein bahut dum hai.yeh toh sirf meri chotu si bachchi hai.main toh uski mumma ko bhi utha loon.bolo uthaun tumhe.(shall I pick u).
Ishita- no need,I can walk.
Raman- but I can wound my arms around my jaaneman.saying so he circled his arms around her.ishita kept her head on his shoulder.
Shagun was just seeing them together and feeling an emptiness inside her that she lost Raman's love for luxuries. She promise to herself that she will surely win ruman back.
Soon ishraru were in home.Raman made ruhi sleep peacefully on the bed and cover her with quilt properly. Ishita changed into her usual kurti and leggings.Raman was laying beside ruhi,looking at her .he remembered the incident happened in the railway station and a tear fell off his eyes.he planted a feathery kiss on ruhi's forehead.she snuggle closer to Raman and slept again.
Ishita- u and ruhi sleep here.I will sleep in ruhi's room.
Raman- why,don't u trust me that I will not touch u without ur permission.
Ishita come to him and said- nothing like this Raman.I think u want some lone time with ruhi.I am observing u r not letting her go away from u for a second also.is something happened Raman.she said wiping his tears from the corner of his eyes.
Raman hide himself in her and cried- I thought I lost my rooh.it was so scary ishi.the feeling that I may loose her make me suffocate.agar tum nahi hoti uske saath,usse kuch ho jaata toh,toh main kya karta.
Ishita- what do u mean,ruhi ko.tell me clearly Raman.she said worriedly.
Raman composed himself and narrate her the incident happened in station.
Raman- I thought that man stabbed ruhi.I was so scared ishi.I can't think of loosing ruhi.I never loved anyone this much,that I love u both and in that fraction of time.I thought I lost both of u.main mar jaata agar tumhe yaa ruhi ko kuch ho jaata.he said in between his hiccups.
Ishita hugged him tight and said patting his back- shh Raman,nothing will happen to ruhi ever.I will always take care of her.she is most precious for us.stop crying like a baby Raman.
Raman- I wanna sleep in ur embrace.can I.
Ishita nodded in yes.he made her lay down and close his eyes keeping his head in between her bosoms.she patted him softly and very soon he slept peacefully holding her with one hand and ruhi with another.Ishita kissed his temple erasing the lines of worry from his forehead and close her eyes .very soon she too slept cuddling with ruman.
