Things are back to normal in Anjali Nivas. Astha has regained her memory and is slowly taking back her duties as bahu of Agnihotri Parivaar. Varad, Sojal and Shlok take very good care of her. As usual she is the best fried of Kavya.

One day when Sojal is taking Kavya to school, Kavya starts crying saying she wants her Chachi also to come to her school. So Aastha also accompanies her. They reach the school and Sojal goes to leave Kavya in her class. Aastha keeps waiting in the corridor of the school. Few ladies come there and talk to her. One lady says "kya aap Astha Agnihotri hai?" Astha says " Haan." She says " Hum bahut kush ki aap teek hai." Aastha smiles and acknowledges. She leaves from that place. Behind her back they talk with each other. " Astha saath (7) mahine kisi ghair mard ki saath rehethe thee. Maana hai ki iski yaadgaash chale gayi. Magar us mard tho accha tha na. Kya ummeed hai ki usne Aastha ko isthamal nahi kiya hoga. Isme hum Aastha ko dosh nahi de sakthe hai... bechari yaadgash tho chali gayi na. Ye kya kar sakthi hai. woh tho samaj gaye honge ki uska pati hai..." Now Astha heard all this since she had not completely left from that place. She became very upset. Sojal came back and heard those ladies talking like this. She shouted at them..." aap log chup nahi reh sakthe kya? Aap hamari Astha ke saath aise kaise baath kar sakthe hai?" and she left from there. While coming back home Astha was very quiet in the car. Sojal got a doubt if Astha had heard those ladies talking and that is why she is quiet. On reaching home Astha pretended to have headache and went up to her room.

Evening inspite of kavya trying to cheer up Astha, she was not okay. The ladies' talk was bothering her very much. Sojal notices this and calls up Varad and asks him to tell Shlok about the same. Shlok is dsiturbed on hearing this and he can very well understand what Aasths must be going through. He comes home early and sees Aastha sitting in a corner in their room. He tells her" Aastha aaj mujhe pani puri khane ka mann kar raha hai, chalo bahar chalthe hain. " she refuses. But Shlok compels her and takes her out on a long drive. He takes her to the cliff from where he falls off before marriage. He gets her out of the car and walks with her hand in hand. He tells her "Aastha tum meri zindagi ho. tumne mujhe jeena sikhaya, hasna sikhaya, har situation ko handle karna sikhaya. Main tume udaas nahi dekh saktha hoon. Kya hua? Kyun udaas ho tum?" On hearing this, Aastha breaks down. She hugs shlok tightly and cries. Shlok rubs her back lovingly and lets her cry and let out her sorrow. Finally when she stops crying she tells Shlok" Meri yaadgaash chali gayi isme meri kya galathi hain? Log kyun aise bolthe hain?" and she tells all that happened in school in the morning. Shlok tells her" Meri rothlu..thum is falthu batho mein kyun dyaan dethe ho?" And he starts acting like Rajesh Khanna and sings the song "kuch tho log kahenge..logon ka kaam hain keha.." She forgets her sorrow and starts laughing when she sees Shlok acting like Rajesh Khanna. She hugs Shlok very tightly and says "I love you shlok" "Me too" says Shlok. He buys her paani puri and mango ice cream and takes her back home.

Varad and Sojal are happy to see Aastha back to normal. They smile at each other and think that only Shlok can handle Aastha and vice versa. All of them have dinner together. After dinner while clearing the dishes Aastha faints and falls down. Varad calls the doctor and shlok carries her to their room followed by Sojal.
