For those of you who have watched Fan, I was wondering whether any of you felt sorry for Gaurav's character? I couldn't help but feel sympathy for him.. I mean the guy was so messed up.🥱 Especially the scene when he was in jail.. his wails and his tears, I felt really sorry for the poor guy!!!!! All i could think of was did fans like this actually exist? Do people indulge in others lives so much that they go a bit crazy? Like.. woah.. in shock right now. Apart of me wished Aryan had apologised just before Aryan fell off the bridge.. I mean what Gaurav said was true. Aryan did everything but apologise to him.. and the end scene when Aryan saw Gaurav.. that was thrilling. It was a great movie, I must say!!!😛

Gaurav was the show stopper in the film. He was everything. I really did feel for him despite his obsessiveness. Though Gaurav was wrong in actions, Aryan's punishment of throwing him in jail was very harsh. I too wished that in the end Aryan apologized. But yeah...Gaurav was something! Def a character that will be remembered amongst the best.

As far as fans that go to that extreme, probably 1 or 2 in a million. Lol.

Actually No.
I had my sympathy with Aryan. No Fan has the right to impose and bully their favorites.
Actors don't force people to be their fans.
Fans make that decision for themselves. I didn't appreciate Gaurav expecting anything for indulging in a crime.
For me, Aryan was the victim even if he was shown to be obnoxious, rude and egoistic.
I didn't see the point in the apology. Gaurav was wrong and he got punished, that too was a light punishment (thanks to Aryan) for the intimidation and forceful statement.
I don't see why such characters have to be glorified.
Gaurav was a screwed up person. After this movie, fans should learn a thing or two about boundaries.
Actors do their job and entertain. Fans or no fans, people watch movies for entertainment. They don't owe their success to fans.
Fans thinks they have a right on their lives. But they don't.
Like Aryan said he should continue in his shoes and Gaurav should in his.
People like Gaurav should start appreciating and respecting their own lives than make a random entity their center of the universe.
For me, Gaurav was a bully and Aryan a victim. A bully shouldn't be glorified at all.

I didn't...until the end credits when they were showing all the selfies Gaurav had taken throughout his journey. That for some reason, made me feel so sad :(

Did not feel for him .He was a sore looser who did not do anything worthwhile with his life .

He should have returned to Delhi after what happened to him when he first saw Aryan .His extreme actions were hardly justified .

But yes the end credits were moving ..

Gaurav was the highlight of the film. In my cinema everyone was rooting for him for every move he made against Aryan.

I knew Gaurav was wrong, but I could not help but root for him because I could see how badly he wanted nothing more than a little appreciation from his idol.

I agree, he needed help. He was too consumed in his idol's life.

I think I was undecided..
Esp that masterstroke of putting gaurav's pics at the end..

First half or so I felt more towards gaurav.. Then when he was being hit by police and Aryan visiting him.. He didn't go all OMG u were hit so badly... He didn't really care..

Aryan was a victim in his own ways. He maybe arrogant but it's his profession.. U can't entertain each fan.. And I personally felt that he didn't need to apologise.. And he didn't do so even till the end

I felt no sympathy for Gaurav. He was a criminal. Cared even less for Aryan.
