Need help catching up! Pls! Pls! Pls!

I stopped watching this serial for a while. I am trying to pick it up again but I am so confused --

Actually Nidhi kidnapped ishra's baby and in return she asked Ruhi and Ishra make a plan to rescue both Ruhi and their baby but couldn't so Ruhi is with Nidhi
And when ishita went to exchange d baby according to raman's plan ishra's plan backfired and Nidhi went away with Ruhi and d car was blasted so Ishra taught Ruhi is dead and Raman lashes out at ishita dat she is reason for everything happened and tells her to go away from his life
Ishita commits suicide but mani saves her but none in d family or Raman knows dat ishita is alive
So now Ruhi is Nidhi as ruhan
Raman thinks ishita is dead
And Ruhi hates Ishra for choosing surrogate baby against her and leaving her with Nidhi

1. why are ishita and raman separated? yet again!

2. Ruhan is ruhi I understood that. She is angry with Ishita, Who is she with and why?

3. Phiu is Ishita's daughter but living with Shagun and Raman's place?

4. where is raman's little sister married to ... umm forgot his chela's name?

5. essentially how did this leap happen?!!!!

Who is Nidhi? Why was raman going to marry her? where was ishita at that time?

Why did Mihika shoot rinky?

may be I should watch some old episodes to truly pick up.😉

Nidhi was even before Shagun toshiji fixed raman's mareiage with her but Raman refused as he wanted to marry Shagun at dat time
And mihika accidentally shot Rinky she was jst playing a shooting d balloon game in Mela and there was real gun there instead of fake one and Rinky got shot

Thanks all! This pretty much sums it up. It was an awesome serial but i stopped watching when they messed up with a lot of nonsensical tracks. They could have ended this one a d started a new serial or yhm2 or something interesting. I am just waiting to see the big reunion.
