The scene is Ishita and Raman are passing through a corridor (mostly after the scene where Ishita takes care of Ruhaan...my thought).
They are about to cross paths but the power goes off.
They switch their phone's flashlight and go on their way
2nd part is Shagun and Ishita are at some hotel and about to see at the reception but 2 ladies stand in between and so they can see.
They said even though onscreen the sautans haven't met offscreen they have
