Also I have realized nepotism works in tellyworld just as they work in Bollywood, and politics. The producer cannot imagine a single track free of Shagun. It is not just keeping her in the show, she wants the show to circle around Shagun making her the only character in the show that matters. All other characters like simmi, Mihir, mihika, Romi, vandu either never get a track just dedicated to them or their tracks are half baked and they too end up in Shagun. The leads have been reduced to trp getting dummies when the trp falls due to overdose of Shagun. This is yhm will continue till its last day of telecast. There is no point complaining. I would rather watch the youth based shows which may have low Trps but better content and execution.

So true Rose. I am not really complaining. I have stopped watching YHM ever since they showed Shagun pregnant, after that I watch on and off that too my eyes aint fixed on TV, I do other work. This was not the case earlier. In fact I skipped all episodes for several months, so dont know why Nidhi came, why ishita was getting hanged etc...I watch the two new shows on Sony. I love Sony shows these days, like Reporter before this. They are finite and very realistic. These days Ek dooje ke waaste and kuch rang pyar ke are pretty decent, no overdose of drama...And yes you are absolutely right, they just get Ishra in when their trps go down due to Shagun overdose!
