ohh yeah this is also a secret to be revealed.. how will sapna react when she will cum to know abt DR kreeti n shubankar.. i really pity her.. i guess atul n sapna will make a perfect couple.. 😆

i agreee, shes getting too many hints as it is ..but id rather that shubankar himself clears the air by telling sapn about his n keertis truth ..dont want sapna to suffer 😭
