First I need him to give a tight hug to ishita disregarding everything happening around them, he needs to focus only on ishita being alive after 7 years.

Then may be after when he comes to his senses he can question ishita, be angry on her or misunderstand her etc.

it need to happen
if he says - ishita tum jinda ho mujhe yakin nhi ho raha kahi ye mera sapna to nhi he will give her a hug tear start flow from d eyes Den he will come in sense and phir Raman Kumar bhalla ka gussa
