Its the same as when the show started to air...

You are feeling this contradiction coz of the lovely Twinkle we see now in the show... back then Twinkle in love with Yuvi was...too blind to believe...anything...and reacted impulsively...

Also...some of their traits are a bit diffrnt from the show...😊
