The following articles on colors tells a bit of story post this new leap where Nandini becomes a doctor ( i thought she will become like her mother or a collector following her father's footsteps😆 but she seemed to be impressed with Jagdish Kakusaa and Ganga Kakisaa so becomes a doctor 😛 Amit is also a doctor ) The story is set in Jaipur

TFS. Yeh amit story toh Jagya story hosakta hai. Wife leaves him terminating pregnancy sounds like Gauri track.😆 If the marriage had been legal, it could have gone this way.

Article says Nandini/Nimboli is attached to family. Kaunsi family yeh bhi batao. Doesn't look like any character from current show is present in the leap other than nandini.

Nandini became a doctor Impressed with Vidhayak ji and Ganga kakisaa

Story is set in Jaipur Does that mean no Jaitsar ? No Jaitsar then no JaGan 😃

Really, it will be interesting to know about Nandini's family 😆. Shivam does not know his family - probably Nandini will dig out her family details.
