The handsome hunk Ruslaan Mumbaz will soon make his comeback on small screen post Sony TV's Kehta Hai Dil Jee Le Zara.

Yes, the actor has been roped in for Colors' Balika Vadhu (Sphereorigins) post the leap.

As viewers would know, Mahhi Vij and Avinash Sachdev will be seen playing the leads post the leap. Now, we have heard that Ruslaan has also joined the cast as the other male lead.

Shared a source, "Apart from a social drama, a love tale will also entertain viewers now. And the new story will focus on the love triangle between the characters played by Mahhi, Avinash and Ruslaan."

Earlier, Tellychakkar.com also reported about TV actress Jayshree Soni portraying the negative lead post the time jump.

Balika Vadhu will begin the new chapter from 25 April.

We tried reaching Ruslaan but he remained unavailable to comment.

Ok lol, I like the casting for Season 2, Mahi is gorgeous and does a decent job acting wise, Avinash can do intense very well, and Ruslaan cannot really act🤣 but he is sucha cutiepieee, totally dishy to look at..so thats well balanced😆

what I dont like is that it is BV 2.0..only if it was a new show, it would have been ok I guess, coz the expectations would be different, but its cringeworthy how the channel has decided to retain the name as BV, just coz its a brand and there is nothing even remotely close (from synopsis) to the storyline, message or plot of the "Balika vadhu" in Season 2?

When I first read title of the article in that site, I also thought he is going to be Shivam 😆

Now I really wish Shivam/Nandini also die along with Anandi and some other girl in Shiv Niketan is renamed as Nimboli to carry forward the legacy..

So bv cvs again try bring track like jagya gauri anandi and kavita may be new gauri like gauri say in her childhood i want to study kavita also saying i want to study later gauri become negative kavita may be come negative

Ruslaan Mumtaz is quite good looking don't know about his acting skills though.

I watched his first show for a few days and gave up.

What puts me off is the way the channel and PH trying to cash in on brand Balika Vadhu.

They are time and again stressing on the fact that love story will take the central place.

Now it is becoming clear why the old creative team made it's exit and new team walked in.

Channel is desperate for a love story Creative team more interested in showing Kahani Akheraj Parivar ki.

No issues if they want to show Nandini's love story but the way they are rushing with Anandi's story in order to jump has put me off the show.

Another factor which is putting me off is Mahi Vij.I have seen her only this season of Fear Factor. She put me off big time there. Images of her pathetic performance there are still fresh in my mind.

In addition to this the departure of the original creative team are reasons for not being interested.

So most likely I'll take a break from the show for now.
