Case title: Teen Qatil Air Date: 19 March 2016
A girl, sweating with fear, enters a room and hands over a suitcase with drugs, to a man names Jeevan. He orders her to leave and that he won't give her any money and that it's a revenge for the way her uncle cheated him. Just then Manik enters, and threatens Jeevan that if he tries to do anything fishy, he might repent forever and takes the girl and leaves. Jeevan mumbles that Manik will pay for it.
At a party, we see a lady named Sheetal greeting two people who ask where Manik has gone when he should be there at his cousin's reception. She tells them to ask when he comes. Then the wedding couple call her on to the stage, and ask where Roopali is. She points to her standing with her boyfriend. Roopali's brother Manik comes in with Tina and Sheetal and Manik together congratulates the wedding couple. Then they meet Roopali and her boyfriend, Rohit but Manik says the guy that he doesn't have the right to stand before him and that he would not marry him to his sister. Sheetal takes Manik aside and asks him for divorce but he says he would never give her. Then he again meets Roopali and says that whoever he wishes only would be her husband. Tina asks to go to hostel because she has exams. Manik sends her away.
We now see ACP sir coming to his house. Once inside, he hears a sound and gets vigil. Suddenly, Tina bursts out of a room with a knife and ACP sir calms her down and says that her uncle's goons attacked her and even shot bullets at her and as she escaped she got into the first house that came to her view.
In the bureau, we see Tina telling the team everything about Manik. Manik Kumar, who was an established industrialist is also a drug dealer and has out her into the dangerous mission. She says she has no intention of dying when the goons will find her soon. Shreya takes her away and just then Sheetal bursts into the room telling her husband Manik Kumar is missing since last night and that she is very sure that one of her numerous enemies only have done something to him. They bring in Sheetal and both of them have a heated argument. ACP sir asks Daya to track Manik's phone.
The team along with the two ladies come to a place that happens to be their property. Going inside they find Manik's lying motionless, shot in the head at point blank range. Abhijeet finds a piece of lady's garment, Daya sir finds a bullet lodged into a wall and also a crack in the window through which the bullet had come. They guess that probably there were two killers and when one fired a missed shot, the other inside the house completed with work. They go to the terrace of the opposite building and then they hear sounds of knocking. Down in the house, Roopali comes running and Sheetal begins to accuse her of having absolute intentions to kill Manik. Up in the terrace, they find a watchman inside the tank.He tells that as he was on his duty last night, he heard sounds over here and when he came to check up, someone hit him hard from the back and he was unconscious and when he regained consciousness, he was gagged inside the tank. He didn't see the person as it was very dark. Abhijeet notices a plastic cover with food and they assume that the person must have come well prepared knowing that he'd have to wait for Manik.
In the forensic lab, Salunkhe sir tells that Manik's death was caused by a bullet made of animal bone, so that no ballistic report comes positive. When the bullet had lodged into his forehead in point blank range, it had exploded to pieces inside his cranium and so no exit wound. The bullet was made from ceramic blue. Tarika tells that the dupatta was made of a costly material and traces of alcohol were found. They decide to find out at the party. Salunkhe sir tells that traces of a very significant drug was found inside Manik's body and it was given along with fruit juice.
They come to a crockery shop and enquire the person. One guy tells him that his cousin works at Manik's place for 5 years and some days back she had come to him asking for animal bone and few other utensils. The team asks him to take them to her house. The guy takes them there and Nikhil finds a costly cigarette case. Meanwhile, the others speak to a lady named Urmila who had seen Shanti nervous for some days. She had also seen Shanti leave the house and Shanti had told Urmila to find a person to buy the house since she wished to sell it.
The team comes to the hotel where the reception took place. Sheetal is scolding the servers and other people. ACP sir asks her to go away telling he wants to enquire them. Sheetal goes away and Abhay comes with his reception album. He tells that Tina left early for the hostel, Sheetal left by 2, Manik by 2.30 and Roopali by 1 or 1.30. They also tell that they did have an argument about something.ACP sir asks about the drug in the juice and a server comes forward and tells that he did it on Sheetal's order.On seeing the photos, they find the dupatta to be Roopali's.
In the bureau, the 3 of them are enquired. Sheetal tells that she had no option but to do it because Manik refused to give divorce. So she had mixed the drug into his drink and thought of getting his signature once he returned but insteading of returning home Manik had gone to Rosewood cottage. None of what the people say is believable, so they let them go.
They go to a shop owner and ask who he gave the cover to. The man says the previous night at about ten, a man had come about with a red scooter and his food packet had torn and he had given him the cover. The shop owner also says that the man was tall and well built, with glasses. He had bought the food from a nearby famous dhaba. The dhaba owner is asked about the food and then the scooter, He pretends to know nothing and then confesses that it is all the work of Juju, a terrifying goonda. They ask him to call Juju. He comes and they take him to the bureau.
In the bureau he tells that he went to Rosewood cottage and by around 2.45 the lights came on. When he was targeting him with his laser gun, a lady had come and stood before Manik.The contract was given to him by Roopali. Just then Shreya and Jaya rush in and tell that Roopali had escaped. A DVD arrives at the bureau and they play it. In the video, Roopali tells that she is responsible for her brother's death and that Sheetal and Tina have no hand in this, but ACP sir finds it very fishy. Sachin calls ACP sir and tells him that Shanti would be reaching there in half an hour.
In Shanti's house, Shreya enters from inside and tells that she'd been checking the house and later reveals that she is from CID. Shanti is cornered and she tells them the truth.
Here, Roopali is to commit suicide but Sheetal and Tina come inside and Sheetal points the gun at both of them. Tina snatches the gun and shoots Sheetal in the hand. The team enters. They say that in the video, a part of the logo of the hostel and she was given away. Shanti finishes the rest of the story. She tells that Roopali had told her to get the bones and Roopali tells that Tina asked her to do it by kidnapping her boyfriend Rohit. Tina says that she got into ACP sir's house on purpose to prove her innocence but then they had taken her call details and found that she had been in the crime scene at the moment. Tina tells Sheetal that just like she had shot her, she had shot Manik in the forehead that night. ACP sir tells that Manik was behind Tina's dad's money and to have her in control, he was using her to sell drugs. Tina tells that she then blackmailed Roopali and left her dupatta piece and escaped.
ACP sir delivers the final dialogue.
