as usual u have come up with another interesting n good question 👏
i feel Journalists are much aware of the mood of the countrymen..
as they are always updated abt news they even knows the pulse of
the common men..they know exactly what will sale..a hateful negative
report or a all praising showering article..so accordingly they publish
their bashing articles...

for example when srk was doing well they flooded with his good deeds..
good work etc..
bt now that he is down as per box office game number..all his glaring faults
seems to come out now including his being a deshdrohi gaddar etc 😆

like when Virat's bat did nt swing in the 50 over world cup he was torn by
the same media as the media knew the pulse of the nation that they held
virat responsible for the defeat..n now in this 20 over world cup Virat played
well n the whole nation was in the mood of gaga so once again knowing the
nation's mood Virat Kohli becomes the apple of eyes for every print media 😆

in simple words when in Rome do as the Romans that is what Journalism is nowdays 😉

that's something I agree with but what do you think about sites like spotboye and bollywoodlife .whatever they write is nonsense😆

There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes between a lot of the parties involved in the entertainment industry. People on both sides hold grudges, feel slighted, refuse to give/take interviews, have vested interests, etc. which builds animosity. But more importantly, I think the negative press coming out these days (reports, rumours, blinds, irrelevant/troublesome interviews) has greatly increased in number because it sells, gets attention and gives people a chance to vent/troll. Many of the tabloid, lower rung sites are publishing content that is false or spiteful and that they know will draw out the wanted, sensationalized response. Unfortunately, they've attained such reach or influence that they guide the overall slant on issues or celebs (because neutral journos from other publications/mediums pick up on it and also run the same content.) So while there must definitely be grudges and such in certain cases, these days it mostly seems like targeting (directly or indirectly) for the sake of minting money/getting more views.

I just laugh when I hear ABP News...Especially after cricket matches...When India wins, all the reporters start praising Dhoni and the headline reads "Jo anhoni ko honi karde...Woh hai Dhoni"

When the Indian team loses the headline reads "Dhoni...Tumne kyun ki anhoni..." Then a press conference where people keep yelling at each others and talk about his mistakes are spoken about...They blame the weather, cricket bat and ball too 😆

When it comes to Bollywood actors, they catch them at any time any place (outside a restaurant, building, beach, college, playground and force them to give an interview...If they refuse, the actors are termed as egoistic and hypocrites.

Staart - Very good topic 👍🏼.

I think there are Journalists who write paid PR articles in favour of a star or get paid to write negative about rival star.

Or

A star rubs them off wrong way and they make it their business to write negative stories about them till a settlement is reached. If its a big publishing house, the tussel is harder.

Or There are some who thrive on hatered/ Love of public for a celeb and use the current flavour of the season to praise or bash, depending on the mood - Virat is example for this.

But they do it all for their business andStars also use them for their own benefit, then cry wolf when media turns against them...
