In reality u can leave town unless specified by court. If your bail bond agent has taken permission for u to go out of town definitely u can u out of town.

U can leave town with permission , not a big deal in India cases drag long so leaving towns is permissible not country otherwise Salman would not have been able to shoot movies lol , almost all criminals roam in different places but u need to report oon some specific dates
